We were there because my wife required surgery at the nearby hospital. I requested and got a ground-floor room, and all of the managers were aware of our situation. We felt well taken care of. The breakfast was good. I had it four times, and they varied how they prepared the eggs. The coffee was good and available all day. The staff was polite, respectful, and patient.

At breakfast, they ran out of the egg dish every day. On the last day, I had to find the person managing the food and tell him there were no more eggs. Other than that, I was happy with breakfast.

The location was convenient and the rooms were clean and spacious.

One thing that I did not like was the fact that every time I went to leave the hotel or return there was always someone smoking right outside so I had to walk through the cigarette smoke and felt like the hotel needed a designated smoking area that is not right outside the front doors where people, kids, etc walk through every day. The hotel was nice but this will probably deter me from booking here again unfortunately.

Hot tub not working. Room was not tidied up at all so we had to seek out new towels. Out of you hurt for breakfast one day. Second day the egg muffin was terrible …. Greasy and poor quality. Stick with the scrambled eggs!

Really good!was a man who was very respectful and upbeat.

There was a lady at desk also, she was kind of rude! The gentleman taking care of kitchen was not very good. He didn’t refill, guest constantly had to ask for food to be filled. He placed cold omelettes in warmer. coffee full of grinds. The rest of stay was very nice. clean!

Located right next door to an assisted living facility where my wifes parents are. Due to one of them being close to passing we needed to stay close. The room was great, the staff was helpful and friendly. As a bonus the morning breakfast had lots of good food.

I liked the location and breakfast. I liked how prompt housekeeping was at bringing an extra blanket.

The window whistled loudly in the wind one night. The elevator was hard to spot. The sliding bathroom door isn’t very private.

I was very happy with the price of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a full kitchen, which you can cook in, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The sofa was a little torn up. And the bathroom door had scratches all over it. It's still worth the price, though.

Blake at the front desk was great came and showed us how to work the TV and was available for anything else we could need.

The inner doors for the breezeway entrance were left open so every time the outer doors opened this allowed the child air to come in while eating breakfast making the dining room a bit chilly

Really liked the location, the staff, and the breakfast!

Some of the furniture was stained and due for replacing. Everything else was clean, besides that. I stayed with a friend and the bathroom door was a barn-slider door that couldn’t be locked or fully closed for privacy. We ended up using the lobby facilities more often than the room’s because of it.
