Good location with lots of shops and restaurants.

Breakfast is the same as other comparable hotels, but I wish they had fresh oatmeal instead of instant. Fox News channel on every day (at least they could change it daily). No recycling. No competition- there are no other hotels in this area. They charged me more than what Booking.com said would be my total.

The hotel staff were friendly. It's close to shopping, Has decent workout amenities. Breakfast options are average.

More hot breakfast choices. The king bed was a little hard. A suite was not part of the options that include a bigger refrigerator and stove top for cooking.

I NEVER write reviews because I just plain forget to but I HAD to write about our stay here—it was just that good!! My husband, 13 yr old daughter, her friend and our 7 yr old son had to make a very unexpected trip to Aurora, CO for an emergency appointment to the passport agency and my husband and I decided on Fairfield Inn & Suites for two reasons. First was because it had the lowest rates and second, it had great reviews! Both were no lies! We were treated SO well by staff even if it was a friendly smile in passing or when we spoke to them directly for one reason or another. The spacious room was very warm, inviting and most importantly, clean! We were only there for two nights but checked out a day early to try and regard the possible bad weather we would face on our 8 hour drive back home but a few hours later and out of our hands we had to stay one more night after all and the staff was more than willing to accommodate us and we even got the same room which made things nicer! Lastly, the free breakfasts were SO yummy! When long distance driving it is extremely nice to have a hot and healthy start to your day! Although our kids would say their unhealthy choices of sugar cereals and self-prepared waffles was “the best thing ever”! Oh! and they also loved the pool, hot tub and fitness room! Thank you Fairfield Inn & Suites! Your facility was the BOMB! We will definitely come again!

The breakfast was not that good. Several of us staying ended up at the Village Inn for breakfast.

Eggs were powdered and bacon was not good and seemed stale

Good location off 470, with easy access to the airport and SE Denver. The shopping center next door has multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Good place to stay if you are in town and your itinerary doesn't necessarily include being around downtown.

The location was perfect for our needs on this visit. The morning breakfasts were very good, the food was kept fresh and replenished often. The staff were very obliging and pleasant.

Although I understand that Covid 19 has brought about some new guidelines, I do feel that if you're not going to make my bed every morning, or vacuum the carpet, and I have to check and change my own towels, toilet paper, tissues, and toiletries, that the price of the room was a little high for do it yourself services. There's a sign in the bathroom that says to leave the towels you want changed on the floor, but nowhere does it say to put them outside the room door in the hallway, along with your garbage. Lesson learned on day 1. The quality and cleanliness of everything was very good, and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast and very limited choices and fruit, they could've had some type of potatoes. They could've had more than one type of meat and they could've had cream cheese.

Nothing, the hotel was in a great area with restaurants nearby. First time in denver so worked out.
