The room was lovely with stone walls, cozy bed, nice seating options both in the room and on the nice 3rd floor terrace. The staff was helpful with booking ATV tour, airport transfer, and more. The breakfast was plentiful but I just hated wasting because we couldn’t possibly eat it all. It was only 5 minutes walk to the center of Uçhisar and a few more to the castle which is a great place for sunset and to see the morning balloons. It was easy to take a public bus between Uchisar and Göreme. We also hiked pigeon and love valleys starting from Uchisar.

I wish we could order breakfast items or select buffet style so we didn’t waste so much. But everything else was perfect!

Very nice boutique hotel, decorated with good taste, big room and bathroom. Small and cozy courtyard. Location of the hotel is on a quiet street, literally 5 min walking distance of Uchisar Castle. Terrace of the hotel (where the breakfast is served) is overlooking the castle and the valley where the hot air balloons are launched every morning! Big thanks to Mehmet, the manager of the hotel which booked for us the hot air balloon flight, for all his kind advice on where to go and what to see! Thank you Mehmet and all the staff for making our stay memorable! Will definitely return!

We had a beautiful time in Capadocia, and a big reason for that was our amazing stay in Ahiyan Hotel. The hotel is small and private, and its calm vibe matches with Uchisar's peaceful character. Our room was large and comfortable and it made me want to skip the adventure and sleep a few more hours. Also the breakfast was fantastic, everything fresh and made in the moment. Special thanks to Fatma in reception for helping us orientate around Capadocia 🙂 Looking forward to visit this place again in the future, I totally recommend it!

New hotel, spacious room with great windows. Felt very comfortable for 4 nights stay. Perfectly situated where neighborhood part of Uchisar begins but in close walking distance to Uchisar Castle and tourist places. Friendly reception.

Breakfast starts at 8am but was often late and slow. The serving staff is not visible from breakfast room so the guest does not know what is going on. One day we were told that they could not get fresh bread from bakery in time.

We were here for our honeymoon and really really loved our stay! We highly highly recommend staying in Ahiyan. The staff welcomed us by decorating the room with roses and even fruits and nuts for snacks. All the staff were exceptional. Semra, the receptionist was very kind and really went above and beyond to help us. She was very sweet and even taught us some Turkish phrases to help us get around. Mehmet, the hotel manager was professional and extremely helpful. He was available and willing to help us anytime (even offering to give us a 3am wake up call for our balloon ride!). The young boy (sorry we forgot his name!), although spoke little English, still went above and beyond to help us in any capacity he could, such as carrying our bags and helping us with laundry. The traditional Turkish breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the personal highlights for us during our whole trip to Turkiye. The chef cooked the breakfast fresh every morning and food was served to the table. We got to enjoy it all on their terrace with a view of the nearby Uchisar castle. The breakfast menu had staples that were served everyday, though it was not repetitive as they tried to switch some of the menu up a bit. I personally especially enjoyed the omelette with sucuk! The hotel itself is a new boutique hotel that opened around 8 months ago according to the staff, so the facilities are all new, very comfortable and extremely clean. We appreciated the free netflix provided to enjoy after a long day of tours. Location wise, there is quite a few traditional restaurants only about 2-3 min walk from the hotel and cheaper than in Goreme. Taxi station is available nearby, otherwise the hotel also provides private taxi for guests. Overall, we felt extremely safe and comfortable during our stay, and felt very lucky to have found such an excellent hidden gem during our time in Cappadocia. Reception not always available at the front desk so we had to sometimes text them via whatsapp to receive assistance. Shower was a bit clogged so the water pooled up a bit, though it was not too bad.

The hotel looks and feels fresh and new, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is huge, so is the bathroom. I really appreciated that the AC is not located over the beds, like in 99% of hotels. I also liked that they provided shower gel, shampoo AND conditioner - again, something most hotels don’t do. One night the AC started glitching, and they fixed it in 5 minutes. It’s located in a quiet street about 5 minute walk to the Uchisar Castle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a minor thing that had no effect on our impression but it would be great if each guest could enjoy a full-sized omelette at breakfast instead of splitting it.

Nice little hotel near the center of Üçhisar. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. No private parking, but there was sufficient parking space around the hotel.

Beds were quite hard (I like a hard mattress, but this was a challenge even for me). New hotel, but already some issues with plumbing, and room/bathrooms doors not closing very well. Same issues occurred in both rooms we've booked (Yes I know; it's very hard to get skilled constructors in Türkiye). Some rude Asian guests, who find it quite normal to watch TV in the breakfast room on their tablets with maximum volume. (3 different channels, on 3 devices!)

The room is very quiet, comfortable and around 40sq.m. ; by the window the castle, even from the private jacuzzi! Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Best food we had for breakfast for our whole trip in Turkey, and it is served on a terrasse with terrific view ! Above this, also the best location to stay in Cappadocia because the village is the prettiest, even without considering the castle that offers the best sunset panorama in the region.

Nothing, sincerely everything was perfect. Feeling lucky to book this room :)

It is super close to main sightseeings in Uçhisar and also to Göreme. The staff is beyond being friendly and helpful. The room and other facilities were also clean. The best part is having a nice Turkish breakfast on the terrace with Uçhisar castle view. Definitely recommended!

Wifi was a little weak some days but not always and there was a smell coming out of the pipes in the bathroom. It was fine after closing the door but still unpleasant.
