The Hotel is very nice and well kept and clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. The beach area is private for the guests and the staff is always attentive with any needs that you have. The food at Brandon’s, the Hotel restaurant, was delicious. Our server, Leisy, was amazing and made our meals very special. Mario, the bartender, was wonderful, very friendly and makes the best drinks that we’ve had in a while. The entire staff at Tideline are very friendly, courteous and respectful. Very nice experience.

The one thing that I was a little disappointed with is that the rooms do not have a mini fridge.

We loved everything about this property! From the moment we walked in and had our first interaction with the staff, we knew we had found something special. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. We appreciated the vibrant design and atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. The beach and pool were spectacular, but the beach truly stole the show—it’s the absolute best part of this amazing property. We can't wait to return!

I did not like that the food and beverage was so good, I overate and had one to many drinks at this amazing property.

Great location. We found all the staff that waited on us both and the restaurant and beach extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Great views of the ocean from the restaurant. Nice clean workout area.

Bathroom was too small. Unsatisfied with suggestion given by person working registration desk Sunday evening. Me and my girlfriend wanted a really nice place to dine that evening and dressed well for the night. The man at the registration desk suggested we go to "Benny's on the Beach." Not exactly the place for fine dining. Crowded, dirty and loud. We ended up coming back to the resort.

The gentleman at the front desk Robert is wonderful and was very helpful and accommodating. The place is gorgeous, recently renovated in a very trendy and airy style. The view is beautiful from the first level where the bar is and patio to the beach. The pool was large and warm, kids loved it.

All was good, location is a 10 min uber to town but you pay half than you would if it was in town for the same quality hotel!

Good food, great views. Right next to some great spots. Beautiful beach and not a ton of kids. Rooms were clean and cozy.

I’m still waiting for a refund from the property and it’s been a number of weeks. Also the restaurant is extremely slow. Best to order asap and pay asap or you’ll be sitting for over a couple hours.

It was amazing! We loved the staff and the hotel and the easy access to the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t ocean facing and was actually in front of the hotel. That was the only negative , everything else was amazing and so glad we stayed there

Location was great, friendly staff, clean rooms. I had a feeling of sadness nothing going on, I know it is a place for relaxing, but it was way too relaxed.

A little music in the bar and dinning area wouldn’t hurt, I heard it from a couple of guests ourself included, people were walking in that area like zombies, music makes a big difference, any kind of music puts a smile on people’s faces.

We had a great experience here! It was super peaceful and not crowded. Everyone was friendly. We didn't love the $10 coffees (literally just black coffee) but they were responsive to our feedback.

Some of the prices at the restaurant could be more affordable.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The onsite restaurant was excellent - there were lovely chaise-side drinks and snacks too

I never got a beach umbrella- there weren't enough of them and there wasn't a process for a wait list, so those who had been waiting did not necessarily get the first available umbrella. My room was listed as partial ocean view with balcony and I could not seen the ocean from the balcony without leaning over and craning my neck. I paid extra for this view. I spoke with the front desk staff and manager and they were responsive and understanding and issued a partial refund. A very satisfactory resolution!

Beds are comfortable. Decor is nice in the room.

Showers drain slow, the floor needed to be tilted towards the drain a bit so that the water doesn’t pool on the floor.
