The bed and pillows are so comfy and the bedrooms are really nicely decorated and kept nice and clean. Shower was lovely; powerful and hot, fresh towels were provided though no radiators or anywhere to hang them to dry.

No kettle or cups or anything in the bedroom, drinks were available to buy at the reception and were nice but would of been nice to have some glasses in room and to have a kettle to make out own coffee/tea. No seating areas out the front which was a shame as weather was pleasant so would have been nice to sit out front. No transfer services when hotel is so far out the only option is a taxi, seems silly not to be a service the hotel offers even if they charged a fee for it.

I had a great experience. Frist of all the staff was very friendly!! The room is nice and clean, bathroom is very pretty. Good coffee, nice view and nice decor!!

the room is very beautiful, comfortable, very clean. the staff was polite, explained what was best and how to get to the city (we wanted to take a bike, but your employee said that we would get very tired). We are satisfied!

there is no nearest bus stop. while we were walking, we got caught in the rain, and it was very expensive to take a taxi. and the restaurant in the hotel did not work, and the nearest restaurant was very far away when we went there for a walk, there were no sidewalks, after the rain we had to walk on wet grass.

The hotel itself is really nice and it have a great views from my room, just the scenery alone is something you don't see else where. Everything was clean and tidy and I have to say I loved the pillows lol... They were so fluffy. And the staff were super helpful and accommodating ( thanks for the charger <3 <3 ). World of advise If you're travelling from the UK bring your own EU charger.

Maybe stock up the vending machine with more sweets,

The staffs were great 👍 and was happy to be given directions whenever I requested. The only difficulty was transportation and I hope the hotel will be able to give free shuttle especially from the airport.

There was no place to eat but I was able to order my food through the help of the staffs.They were really generous 😋 I was informed also that the restaurant will be fully operational by beginning of August.That is positive.

Sometimes guy's you don't have to be so rude,If somebody come with a question and you're too tired after you long timesheet just try to be nice for a second! But if we forget about that ,you guy's deserve the best Reviews! 🔥🔥🔥

The staff are very caring and provide free coffee and tea. The receptionist are all the same in that they bring our food to our room after being delivered.

The location is inaccessible by buses. You have to walk long distances to reach the bus or train station. You need to have a car to reach there.

From the very moment we came the receptionist was very friendly, smiling, familiar and correct. Ready to help. Other stuff we met was also very nice, familiar and easygoing. we could have asked anything and we were always welcomed with our questions. and of course got the replies or service. The room was very quite and neat.

In terms of location, when booked the Uber, it might take up to 20 minutes of waiting time. And need to take an Uber to go to Hoofddorp Central to get train or any type of transport. If you are driving your own car it would be better.
