The hotel is absolutely OK, decorated in an interesting style. The rooms are large, comfortable, although devoid of luxuries. Unfortunately, you can hear a lot through the wall. Great staff. There was no problem with extending the stay by 1 day. Great breakfasts, worth the price.

To say that Wi-Fi is weak is an understatement: in our room located at the end of the corridor, there was no Wi-Fi at all. Fortunately, I wasn't on business. I also have some doubts about charging PLN 60 for parking. Fortunately, there is a large free parking lot right next to hotel.

The location is great, the rooms are very interestingly decorated, clean and tidy, great and friendly service, the prices are not too high

it took me a while to find my room, the next day, another guest had a similar problem to find his room, which only confirmed that the numbering of rooms in the corridor from the lift exit point is poor and misleading, in addition, the WiFi was very poor, it turned out that using data roaming is more effective, and the fridge in my room did not work, it heated more than cooled

Excellent breakfast, very close to both a tram stop and the Silesian Stadium (Stadion Śląski). Nice spacey rooms with large bed.

The shower head was minuscule and mounted not high enough for me to use it comfortably (I'm 192cm). The double bed was actually 2 single beds put together and the mattress was not thick enough to not feel the hard wooden frame in the middle when you roll over in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was very nice, good variety of meals. The reception staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The rooms are noisy, you can hear guests from other rooms talking or the TV from the other room. Unfortunately, the guest next to my room was talking on the phone till midnight and I could hear the conversation, so could not fall asleep. It´s a pity because the hotel is in a quiet location

Great breakfast, well above the 4* rating. Super friendly staff. Localization is great, the pool works well and is quite spacious.

No air conditioning is pretty much the only minus. Double beds can be made from two singles, but the frames are heavy and they put an extra double mattress on top, so they don’t move around.

The staff there was very helpful and friendly to us. They were always ready to answer any questions and that was nice. The rooms there are very comfortable, l liked their bed the most and the hotel is at a very good location. It is closer to the bus stop and the tram stop. The hotel is also in a quiet location so making it very comfortable.

I just wish they had more lighting in the rooms but l guess that’s the style of their hotel.

Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Appreciated the "secure" parking area, happy to pay for that. Quiet at night, also. A very pleasant stay and I would return. The location is a little walk from the center of things but on a nice day, quite pleasant.

A very lovely hotel, incredible for the price! A comfortable room with plenty of space and privacy for one, the coffee and water were a nice bonus :) A short bus/tram ride from the city center too!

The walls were a bit thin, could hear some noise from the other rooms, but earplugs sure solved that :)

2nd time in this hotel, rather fine accomodation with private spa for a good price, cozy and stylish, with a private parking, good distance by a car to the city centre of Katowice and highway

No staff at the spa, no equipment for the guests like towels or bathrobe; some from receptionsts staff can be nicer for their guests, or smile is for extra fee…?

Stayed an extra night after very pleasant staff interactions and above expectations experience.

Fridge excellent but plumbing needs new valves.
