The pool and lagoon on-site. Walking every morning to the local coffee shop was very convenient. Staying at a resort style hotel was nice.

We walked everyday to our hotel room because the tram service was very slow, it was faster most days to walk vs. waiting for a tram. Even after a long day- we opted to walk instead of wait because of how tired we were. The price for parking was a little outrageous- especially because we didn't do valet. $48 per day is very steep to park in a lot. The drinks on-site were a little expensive- $20! They are in small plastic cups.

This is the second stay at the property... Rooms are very good sized..The facility are excellent, The dolphin pool is a great attraction,

The cost for the actual stay is incredibly high... Self parking rates are ridiculous given we are not parking in a city. Both stays we have had to walk from the Ocean Place to the lobby 90% of the time as the tram schedule is brutally slow. Beverages (alcoholic) $20 for a Mai Tai in a plastic cup are way too much. I don't like the over the top taxes and fees that are way too high. I can more than afford the cost of the stay, however I can stay at other locations for less.

The property was great. Close drive to shopping centres and grocery stores. Pools were fantastic and lagoon was amazing, you could snorkel from lagoon out into the ocean, it was fantastic. We loved watching the dolphins in their pool that was in between the lagoon and makai tower. You get really close and personal views, they swim right under you under the bridge only a couple feet under you.

Really wish they had more affordable food options for families. Each item was $27 and up. You could go to one faster food place that had salads and wraps for $16 and up. Cheapest thing was a piece of banana bread for $7. So we brought cereal and milk and fruit and lunch items and snacks etc so we could eat breakfasts in our room, and would leave for dinners out of the resort as for a family of 6, coming from Canada, each meal would have cost us minimum of $250 to $300 American which would be $400 minimum per meal in Canadian.

There was absolutely no reason to even leave the resort, it literally had everything!! My granddaughter loved the pool she loved the dolphins… the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!! The views from my room was outstanding! The room was clean and they even put fresh flowers on my bed everyday!!

The small market prices were extremely expensive, so stop by grocery store and pick up some late night snacks and drinks… also no microwave in the room!

Big swimming pool Nice big lagoon that is open to the ocean. Big room.

Most of the restaurants closed too early. No sand/ beach Restaurants too expensive Parking to expensive The boats were not operating Pool to dark at night Water slide still not working. My room was above a construction zone and they woke me up in the morning. - no staff notified us of the construction. Felt deceived. Booked an ocean view- unable to see ocean from room/ bed had to stand on balcony to see it/ did not get what I booked on this fact alone felt deceived.

Check in staff were very nice! Chris, the manager of the Business Center was extremely helpful.

Charlie Chavez of the Business Center was very rude and abrasive, refusing to listen to anything I had to say as well as contradicting everything Chris told me. I have no idea why she works there. Monorail is very slow and transporting bags is very cumbersome. Housekeeping needs to know not disturb someone the morning of check out.

unique hotel with large infrastructure inside. you can find there all attractions. amazing large pool, private lagoon, and there’s a beach access 20 minutes of walking or 5 min driving.

the key system is weird. my key never worked. even i kept it separate from my phones. towel stations also had a problems. but main problem is restaurants. its only 3 of them on such a large property. food could be better . and we were very surprised to learn that even if you have booked large room and paid 2,500$ you still need to pay for parking 45$ . this is first time I saw that as hotel guests you need also pay for parking

It was so beautiful! We had an ocean view that was really nice. Loved that the property provided many places to swim, snorkel and sun bathe. The location was incredible with ocean views that were stunning everywhere you went.

The workout facilities were not that great. In a very small corner with no windows.

Absolutely stunning sunset and ocean views from our deck. Looking down at the dolphin quest venue. All the beachfront walking through the beautiful grounds was so wonderful

Overlooking the fun pools also meant hearing the children playing. Children don’t seem to talk or laugh anymore- just shrill shrieking….do I sound like an old geeser? 🤣
