I loved the location. Many stores and restaurants across the street. The hotel staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The room was spacious. We had a couch and room to stretch on the floor (I go to the gym everyday and need to stretch!). The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hot water comes immediately, no waiting which is so nice!

There was an ottoman in the bathroom where I was able to put my toiletries, hair brush, etc. on, but wished there was a shelf under the sink. There was lemon infused water in the lobby which was great, but would love to have regular complimentary water as well, especially for being a pet friendly hotel. Dogs need water too.

Exceptional hotel!!! We loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again!! The property was beautiful and well maintained. Parking was easily accessible and free. The room was large, well decorated and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night sleep! Breakfast was fantastic as well! Staff was very nice and welcoming at check-in and during our stay.

Nice sized room, beds and pillows were so comfortable! Room was better than any hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Also, you can't beat the price!

They said there was no problem sending towels and amenities to the room before we got there. Nothing was ever sent. We called the front desk and guest services multiple times within a 45 minute time period and had no answer at all. There were still some dirty places at the bottom of the toilet in the bathroom. Everything else was clean. A little upset we didn't get a king bed with a sofa couch, but we had two young children, so I definitely understand putting us in the room they did so we only had one person beside us.

A new and contemporary hotel, with an excellent manager/desk clerk, I would gladly return! The breakfast area had strange seating- a big high top community table, and only a few regular tables. I think this is hard for families with small children and for seniors. The food was average. Coffee was delicious! Our room, a king suite was huge! So spacious and relaxing!

The hotel was hard to find because of the location. One of the staff members was kind enough to stay on the phone with me until I found it. After that, it was all good. Also, I wasn't impressed with the pool. It is tiny and the water was green so I didn't go on it. I like blue pool water.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast staff/cook the morning of the 6th was funny and her food was delicious. Definitely going to have to come back for another stay.

Honestly, I can't complain. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The staff was helpful and nice. The only things I can say I didn't like were the drinks from the bar area. An option for a sweet wine or even a more fruity drink that isn't dry would have been nice but maybe that's just the drinks they were serving that day. Just that and the location was a little hard to find at first. Other than that, I was satisfied with our stay.

Location. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the showerhead was really good. The breakfast was pretty good too. You could make waffles for your children and eggs, yogurt muffins, and decent coffee.

Lights coming in through the window was crazy annoying. No curtains; just a non light blocking blind . They really do need to fix this because there are sooo many lights from restaurants businesses and the freeway, depending on which side of the building you’re on.

I called ahead because flights were a disaster on Friday, July 19, 2024. The manager reassured me that our rooms would be waiting for us. We arrived at the hotel about 10:00 pm, the manager remembered talking to me on the phone and quickly checked us in so we could get settled for the night. (We were traveling with our 92 year old Mother! and had left home at 7:00 am) All of the staff were very welcoming and kind.

We were in a hurry, so we didn't have time to eat. We grabbed a couple things to go. It looked good, though. Waffles :) I liked the room. Even though it was old, it was very clean and something about it just felt cozy. The colors, maybe? Bed was comfortable.

I noticed the building was a little beat up in the public areas. Could use some work. It made me nervous until we got into our room. We're staying there again on the trip back home this weekend :)

Towels were not hung up just sitting on counter, also I had no washcloths just three towels and two hand towels. I called front desk receptionist said she had some for me , however I had undressed and ready to shower so therefore had to use hand towel.
