Clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. “Free breakfast” was bananas and granola bars. Not really breakfast. Should say morning snack. Or just say we have bananas and granola bars.

The bed was too high to the point where it was almost dangerous for me to try to get into it. I had trouble getting into it when I first went to bed if I had to get up in the middle of the night I couldn’t get back into it my husband had to assist me. I felt like it was an accident about to happen the beds are too high not everyone is 6 foot tall

The staff was kind and helpful. They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them regardless of what I called for. There was an issue with my room and they switched it with no problem.

I'm short but the beds are tall. I had an accessible room. Most hotels can accommodate me by taking the bed frame off but this one couldn't. I had the hardest time getting in and out of the bed. I spent a lot of time there due to the ailments. The bed was very comfortable though.

We rode (on motorcycles) into Huntsville, NC and always try to book a Best Western if possible. This location did not disappoint. Check-In was easy and convenient. The location of the hotel was also good. Close to restaurants. After being on our bikes all day, we took an Uber to dinner to meet some local friends. Overall, this hotel is recommended and we would stay there again when we are in the area.

It was very close to my event location with easy access near, but not on, the highway. The front desk staff were exemplary and they actually had a full breakfast.

The driveway was pretty steep. While the desk staff were great, it was as if the cleaning staff skipped the third floor. I had to switch rooms a couple of times.

I had s good stay. The front desk was very nice and the housekeeper held the door when I had my hands full. Very clean, which is a big plus!

The door was a little sticky to the touch but that may have been the clear coat on it, not sure.

Everything but parking.

Parking lot is weird. No signs on where to park for checking in, so if you stop under Canopy at front door like most hotels, you block access to get to parking lot. Need signage.

Staff location And Price maybe a call to guest to see how is there stay going is still a good safe place to stay

No eggs for breakfast. And someone that was in a room across from me was in and out there room alot at late night and was playing music a bit loud Around 4am. In the morning

It was nice to have a nice breakfast instead of a bagged one. We also liked to have a couch to relax on. Bed was very comfortable.

The only problem was that one if the smoke detectors was beeping all nIght due to a low battery.

The room was great, very spacious. Facility was very comfortable for a person on wheelchair - everything was accessible. A lot of rails for support in restroom and shower, great for seniors as well.
