Everything was absolutely great. We didn't do a lot of research when booking the accommodation and were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from the window.

As we were travelling by car and booked the hotel through booking.com, this site could also have more detailed information about parking. This is important for a foreign tourist who is not familiar with the local conditions. That's why we only looked for hotels with parking. Once we had paid for the room, when we checked, it turned out that the hotel did not guarantee a parking space. In fact, it turned out that there was another paid 24/7 underground car park on the street, with plenty of spaces available. In the end, we had a great room with a great view right in the centre of town, and the car was parked safely 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is in a lovely location. The hotel staff were also helpful. You can't ask for anything better.

The hotel itself is very modern, clean, spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, with something to suit everyone, and the food was of really good quality. The room we stayed in (premium twin room with a river view) was spotless, very spacious, and came with a beautiful view of the river. I couldn’t say one single bad thing about our stay here.

The hotel is freshly built in a newly developed area right next to the old town. There is a pedestrian bridge that takes you right to the Zuraw Crane and other historical buildings. There is an alley of new restaurants and bars for all tastes next to the hotel. Underground parking is limited and cannot be booked in advance, but it is highly recommended if you can find a place. It costs 120 PLN per day. The interior is very warm and bright with high quality materials used throughout. We had the family room with a corner view and an extra sofa and it was wonderful. Large, with a nice view of the river and the ferris wheel in the distance, a desk to work on. Some rooms look out onto the inner courtyard, so be careful when choosing, if it matters for you. The bathroom had a full bath with a thermostatic tap. It had heated floor (although we couldn't figure out when it was turned on) and a heated mirror. Sound insulation was pretty good, we couldn't hear our neighbors at all, but there was some sound from the street during the New Years eve, but this is understandable. At other times the streets around the hotel are not too noisy. Breakfast was good and it's served until 10:30-11:00, which is great for those who like to get up later. Maybe the hotel wasn't full, but contrary to other reviewers there were enough tables for everyone. The selection of food is quite decent with interesting local extras like salads and herring and healthy options like fruit and smoothies. Coffee was good. All in all it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and even though it's not one of the cheapest, it was well worth the price.

There is very little to fault, but here are some points that could be improved: - I wish the TV had built in Chromecast functionality so that you could watch Netflix or Youtube. You can hook up your own HDMI cable, though. - It was not clear what makes the floor heat up in the bathroom - All lights, except the ones by the bed turn on and off at once - Better orange juice for breakfast would be nice

We had a wonderful stay! We booked a king suite and it's perfect for a family with kids: it's spacious, with separate bedroom and sitting room, bed and sofa bed are very comfortable, the bathroom is huge with both shower and bath, nice view on the river. The hotel is right behind the Motławą riverside walk, packed with nice restaurants and bars and the old town is just across the river. The area could be quite lively in the evening but we couldn't hear a single noise from the room thanks to the soundproof windows. I recommend the breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone. We tried the skybar and I really liked the ambiance and cocktails, also the staff was very nice and helpful. Last but not least, the gym is always open, well equipped and spot clean (remember to bring clean trainers!). I would definitely stay again.

I wouldn't have chosen to use carpet in such a new and stylish hotel, I find it oudated. I would add some hangers in the bathroom.

The bedroom was very spacious, with a variety of amenities, an excellent shower, and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing!

Reception staff was not warm during check in and checkout. I also asked for a Uber, and was informed the car could come until the Hotel door by the reception, but it couldn’t because of a recently installed barrier at the hotel corner, and I needed to carry two large luggages and my wife in a wheelchair until the other side of the building to get the Uber. Nobody tried to help us.

The location is really great. The hotel is good too and with good breakfast. On the top floor there is a small gym with a good view is you are using the exercise machine for running.

I have chosen this hotel because of its great location and advertised lovely views from the rooms. Upon wondering via Booking.com, I asked to provide the room with a good view. Unfortunately, the view from my room was the worst possible (the wall of the opposite building).

The menu was diverse, featuring delicious dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was both sophisticated and relaxed.

The hotel is in the very heart of Gdansk. Once you leave the hotel, you literally are in the middle of the city life. Yet it is at the intersection of several canals, where all the party noise is avoided. The staff is great there, rich breakfast and convenient parking facilities.

There are some constructions still ongoing outside the hotel, but it does not bother when you close the windows and have the air conditioner on. The parking is at additional cost and the hotel explains that in the offer, but having in mind that there are nearly no possibilities to park the car on the street in the surrounding area, the hotel parking proposal seems to be reasonable.

The location is right at the centre of town within walking distance to all the main attraction. It was tuck away ( 2 min walk!) from the busy Main Street ( where all the restaurants and bars are). Breakfast were fantastic have a wide variety of food selection even some local food ( I,e cheese and dessert) to try. Room was clean and tidy.

The bed is a bit firmer than I like but that is just personal preference.

Perfect location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Room and hotel very clean. Booked room for 3 adults and it was very spacious and bright, beds were very comfortable. Great view over the marina. I will definitely book again with Holiday Inn next time I'm in Gdańsk.

Not hotel fault but there's still some building works going on next to the hotel so it can get pretty noisy especially in the morning. It didn't bother us too much though.
