Out of many hotels I’ve stayed at in Lebanon this is by far the only one I’d book again ! So comfortable and at such a good price. The staff are incredibly kind and so helpful, the service is great, and the rooms are cleaned well. The location is great because its quite central, everything is at a decent driving distance and its a quiet relaxing area. Our room had a panoramic view of Lebanon’s mountains all the way to the beach. Highly recommend booking here :)

The only minor recommendations I’d have to the hotel is to give softer pillows instead of two hard ones as we didn’t find them comfortable, and de-scale the washrooms as even though it is cleaned well for use, the corner finishings need a deep cleaning & de-scaling.

Everything from A to Z. The facility is very modern and more importantly very clean. The staff is very friendly and yet super professional. They will make you feel like you’re at home. If you need anything just ask them and they will accommodate very politely and quickly. I can’t talk enough about the cleanliness of the property. Right from the parking lot , to the lobby , to the floor you’re staying, and the room you will feel fresh right when you put your feet in.

There’s nothing to not like!

The hotel is relatively new and located in a residential area. Apart from being in Beirut where there is no basic infrastructure of roads or directions, it took the taxi sometimes to find it. Once you reach the hotel area you won't be impressed as all buildings and roads are worn out and look abandoned, however, the hotel is new and still in good condition. The staff will warmly welcome you and take care of your luggage. With the price we paid, we were able to get two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The mattress and bed sheets were so clean and comfy; however, the bathroom needed some maintenance and more attention to its cleanliness. No breakfast was provided. Having seen other hotels in Beirut, I would say this is a good one that would stay in again.

The bathroom was missing toilet paper and can be cleaned more to remove the water residual. The room view was facing a hill with lots of metal scraps.

The amenities in the room were mediocre. We had to ask for a spoon to stir the coffee. There were no spoons, and the team bags weren't sealed. They have a lot of lost storage spaces. For an executive room, you only get a tiny closet, and the rest are just closed wood cabinets. They weren't changing towels on a daily basis

this is the second time that I stay at Zett hotel, the staff were friendly, the location was great for anyone wants to stay in Jounieh, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel was actually newly opened.

The hotel charged me more than the amount I booked with since I was paying with the credit card, it wasn't a big deal but I didn't like it since I'm a banker and I know that this is not right, I would have given the hotel a better rating if it wasn't for that.

The hotel location is really very nice, sea view and my family executive room has a nice sea view, the location is really nice and near to the sea side rode where there are lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is so elegantly decorated and very new. the colors are so soothing and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't that good, expected to be better!! is t is really a very nice hotel I differently recommend

The reception team was very nice and always smiling ( special thanks to Charbel) . Room specious and clean. Housekeeping was always on time and helpful. I highly suggest the Junior Suite. Bed was very comfy and Tv screen very good with many channel options.

The wifi was weak and rooms could be improved with a microwave and kitchenette.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have visited in a while. Excellent view, very clean facility, attention to details and perfect location near many great attractions kind, and helpful staff in the reception and room service, The welcoming owner and manager are absolutely amazing team. The warmth of the place will make you feel home, will keep coming back. Can't thank you enough Zett team for making our stay so previous.

Very comfortable. beds, sheets and pillows were good quality. Very clean room, overall it was great.

Shower is small, holders in the shower were rusty, AC kept ticking off from the circuit breaker, so I had to turn off some other circuit breakers to keep the AC from ticking off.

Staff and especially the manager he was a great guy we lost our phone also and they kept it at reception and asked us if it was ours honest great great people
