Great location for visiting UNL and right at the center of downtown (haymarket district?). For business trips for me, comfort and location location location are all that really matters. The room was clean and had everything I needed, bed and pillows were really comfortable. Parking garage was attached to the building. Plenty of restaurants within easy 1 block walking distance. I had a room on the 15th floor and the view was quite pretty for Nebraska, nice and clear. I used the fitness room and it did the job (as usual barely anyone there) and I was able to get my work out in while traveling.

For some the Kitsch / 70's decorations might be fun, but I sort of cringed (learned that word from my teenage daughter), I don't know, but bad paintings aren't nostalgic for me... but once you switch off the lights you'll never notice them. Buffet breakfast was good but not amazing, but very glad they had something, much appreciated!

Great views of the Arena, Football Stadium and Haymarket Saturday Market. The room decorations were very fun! Overall a real tribute to the state of Nebraska - very special!!

In May, I called the hotel prior to booking to ask about prices/car parking and was told it would be $15/day, but afterwards, I was sent 2 bills for $23 via email. When I called to check about the discrepancy, the person was very abrupt and basically hung up on me! WOW, that is a first for me in the hotel industry!! (Luckily only $23 was posted to my credit card.) Not at all like the kind voiced person I had previously had contact! I sent an email describing our misunderstanding(??) sent to reservations@graduate etc, but never heard back. Hmm, same person received the email?

Graduate Lincoln is truly one of the landmarks of the city. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and has amazing design in the lobby, elevators, hallways, and rooms. We especially enjoyed hanging on the terrace next to the pool and playing arcades in the lobby. The room was immaculate and cozy with great soundproofing. Our room was on the third floor, with a huge party under our windows. However, we haven't heard anything! Great stay!

No free parking and breakfast.

The location was convenient, it is close to the University of Nebraska which I was visiting. The room was very comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast was a bit monotonous. Everyday it was the same types of food.

The checking in was a bit of a problem because I could not make payments using cash. They needed a credit card which I did not have and this information was not shared beforehand.

The location - great for UNL and the Haymarket area, the video games in the lobby, the pool area is very nice - it was late winter, we would like to come back when the outdoor area is open. The theme was creative - loved the key cards. Very dog friendly and overall friendly staff.

A light breakfast would be great, especially since some info on the web says they serve breakfast.

Location is perfect, smack dab in the middle of dowtown Lincoln, could walk to dinner and everything! Loved the design of the hotel, modern and quirky (i've stayed at a couple Graduate properties before) and elegant - the room was spacious, had great A/C (it was literally one hundred degrees out in June) and was very clean The fun room keys were a nice touch too!

The location couldn't be better. Staff is great. Bed was superb. The building is unique and has character and while it is aging, it is well maintained and cared for. If I travel back to Lincoln I'll be staying here.

I wish daily parking for guests was a bit cheaper. $20 a day adds up quick for guests staying longer than one or 2 days. Also was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room on arrival. Just looking at the rest of the facility I'm guessing my room was a one off.

The pool was nice, beds were conformable. The design, while being somewhat questionable in certain areas, is unique and oddly really cool. For example, the arcade machines or the corn field wall paper. The hotel also smelled clean, which I deeply respect.

Literally the only issue was some trash in one of the rooms we stayed in, but not the biggest issue in the world.

Liked the room and hotel theme. The gym was big and awesome, treadmills were up to date and worked well, nice TV in there too. Breakfast buffet was great, reason to believe that was actual food that was served

The Graduate had a rough night with the weather that came through. They promptly reassigned us a new room, it just wasn't ideal at 1220am.

Just about everything, but the all the “cute” identity things in the room were great!

Only issue was not knowing that I had to request room cleaning, as opposed to them just coming and doing it. So my room was never cleaned. Didn’t turn out to be a big deal though as I had plenty of towels and supplies. Just would’ve been nice to come back to a cleaned up room.
