The location was good for accessing Disneyland Paris. The hotel feel was friendly and comfortable. The facilities were good and the breakfast was nice too.

The shuttle bus was always overcrowded so we walked to the park on some days, about a 25 minute walk.

Hotel staff welcoming and very helpful at all times, we were told everything we needed to know to make our trip to disneyland a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, a 10 minute trip by shuttle which departed every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance. There was a really good inside play area that children loved and the swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent, we did nt have enough time to use these so I would stay longer next time and relax!

Alcoholic drinks and food in the hotel were expensive....tea and coffee facilities were in the room but there was never enough tea coffee or milk left ! My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was how getting back on the shuttle was a nerve racking experience, there was no queueing system, it was a free for all and unfortunately one saw the worst of many people....we had an 8 month old baby in a pram....but only a few people would wait for us to get on.....after the end of the fireworks shuttle buses needed to be every 5 mins to stop the chaos!

The food, the beds were comfortable, people were nice...

Only thing bad i have to say is that whatever extra we purchased were very expensive.. 4 cupcakes and 4 cookies 70euros...

Fabulous hotel with excellent facilities in a good location. Food was good. Indoor play park excellent. Swimming pool had been halved by a panel to keep adult swimmers apart. This meant the family side for the volume of people using it was too small with no seating area. Apart from that little gripe. Everything else was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend it and would go back again. Bedrooms were also excellent and comfortable. Would recommend using an Uber to return from the parks at night. Whilst we queue other nationalities don't, meaning the bus shuttle was swamped with people pushing in. Going to the park from the hotel is great, it's just the return journey at night.

Swimming pool had been sectioned in half and not enough shuttle buses at night.

The room was lovely, nice and big. The bunk beds went down a treat. Cleaned and fresh towels each day.

Breakfast was OK only. Not much in the shop by way of healthy food to snack on. Maybe an idea for management to consider. Transfers to the park were crazy, too many people on the buses.

Stunning hotel, great facilities and great location to Disneyland short journey in a bolt taxi for only €13 or free shuttle (we didn’t use as it was very busy and always full). Great breakfast with a decent variety. Pool was great and the slide was an added bonus for the kids was warm and great splash pool for the tiny ones. Great indoor play area and park also onsite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable which included a mini fridge and hairdryer. Can’t fault it at all was blown away by the cleanliness and the beautiful views in the yard. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are large and comfortable and they have many facilities on offer

The free bus, although is a great idea, in reality is a nightmare. We experienced a crush and a physical fight, where children were hurt on Wednesday 7th June at Disney to get onto the bus to get to your hotel. On Thursday 8th, there was some sort of party going on that kept us awake past 2am. Finally this hotel was offered with a mini bar, which we did not have in our room.

Soon as you walk in you can smell the cleanliness of the hotel. Great customer service, the staff were friendly, similing very kind. They couldn’t have been more helpful and their English was fantastic! Anything we needed they made sure we could get.great set up for breakfast many choices. Everything was very well stocked at breakfast. Good food hygiene. They had a lovely kids corner where the youngest went and played in. Timings for pool access and kids play area were great! Check and check out time was good too! The beds were so comfy and the rooms were immaculate! We loved the decor and bird lights! The hall way was decorated for Valentine’s Day which was a lovely touch. So much for kids to do in here! Even though it is a partner hotel of Disney it felt just as magical as any of the others but at a more accessible price

This was the first time we brought our two year old to Disney. The location was brilliant and the free shuttles were frequent. The hotel was clean, with a good breakfast. The facilities were good too (although we didn't use the pool). The staff were brilliant, particularly after our little girl had an accident which resulted in a trip to A&E. The staff were really good, and couldn't have done more to help us. Thankfully our little girl was fine and she was back at the hotel / park in three hours. The room was huge, very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely come again. Thanks again for a lovely stay x

The lobby interior is impressive and enjoyable. Staff were friendly at the front desk and bar. Location was good. The bedroom was great and double beds large.

The bus stop isn’t entirely safe with the island and the number of people trying to get on or off the bus. The toilets in the lower floor didn’t smell great. The shower facilities in the bedroom were dated and water pressure was poor. Hair dryer was faulty. There was a good range of food at breakfast but very busy. The safety of the bus stop is a priority to address.
