Not enough staff for breakfast, one poor girl trying to do all work, two others standing talking at front desk, NO adult time in pool, just for kids and pool nasty by time they all got out. Should not allow young children in hot tub at all. Should not charge cleaning fee for pets daily.. one cleaning fee sufficient…. Front desk staff unfriendly to say least.

First, let me mention that I had never heard of this brand! Secondly, I am glad that I visited! I liked Mr. Tyrone and Ms. Nicole, at the front desk! Always pleasant and personable! I rang them, three times, and each of my concerns were immediately addressed/corrected! **The 5:30 Kickback is top-notch! Good food!!! My family dined sufficiently and we (the adults) were allowed two drinks from the bar...! Kudos to Ms. M. -- tending the bar!!! Also, breakfast was absolutely delicious! Our suite was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and everyone wants to return. The children were upset that I forgot their swimwear! I promised them a NEXT TIME...so, we will be back! Thank you ALL for a wonderful experience!!! So, grateful that I took a chance!!!

This was my second stay at a Drury Inn and Suites, but in a different city. Staff is top notch- everyone goes above and beyond to make sure guests are 100% happy-from Front Desk Attendants to Food Service Staff and Servers to Maintenance Staff. To get not only a free hot breakfast buffet each morning, but a free hot dinner buffet and 2 free cocktails per adult at the "5:30pm Kickback" every evening (delicious food and great variety!) is not only unheard of anywhere else, but it's a great deal, considering the very reasonable room rates! Both locations were sparkling clean, both throughout the hotel as well as in the rooms. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and being permanently disabled, I can rarely say that! Drury Inn and Suites is now going to be my go to hotel whenever I travel. My best friend and I stayed for a Friday and Saturday night to attend a concert at the Coliseum, and the location was perfect- only 1.7 miles from the venue.

The only minor issue was a clogged sink in our room, but Maintenance came up to our room and resolved the problem immediately. 😊

Great location and close to everything, felt safe for a family clearly other families were staying there. All staff we encountered were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable as I’ve stayed in many hotels and always have a rough nights sleep so that was a plus!

My only bit of feedback is the food area could use some work. Since this is a big draw as an amenity (offering breakfast and evening snack/dinner option’s for free) there’s people constantly coming for the food so hot food would run out and the beverages would all come out as water no matter which option you chose. (And no we didn’t show up 10 minutes before closing time we showed up well before end of closing) but the food offered tasted very good.

Upon arrival, front desk was very helpful by quickly getting me settled into a very lovely room. The buffet dinner was outstanding, as well as breakfast which is all inclusive with the hotels rate. A shout-out to Mike who made the dining experience feel just like home. It's everything they say it is. Whenever I'm in North Carolina this is the hotel I'll chose.

This is a pet friendly hotel, people are bringing untrained pets to the dining area. Service Animals are to be stationed (layed down) in one area.

Everyone was exceptioanl. The breakfast was nice and the food and drinks in the evening was an extra blessing. We will come again. Was there to visit family and our vars transmission went out so we had to rent a car to get back home. Our stay here made a really hard stressful time still a nice trip

Loved it all. 1st night there there were alot of young kids running and climbing and 2 adults running back and forth trying to get food for the all. They wanted everything. Hectic loud hard to get around (adults were not handling kids at all) except some yanking and yelling but we got thru it and did not see them again.

I have never been charged a pet fee before and it is NOT listed on Booking.com. Only says your pets are welcome. Now the hotel is trying to charge me a 50 dollar fee for having my 8 pound dog there. I've dealt with Drury for a long time and never got charged but the staff added it. The staff member I dealt with, was arrogant and not very friendly. The fact that I never had a problem with my pet and all of sudden HE'S charging me is disheartening. I am emailing iling corporate about this and booking.com needs to update their information when it comes to hotels.

THE FOOD!! ITS HORRIBLE!!

The suite was much larger than I expected, and very nice. Staff was also very pleasant.

The check-in area was a strange layout and made me question how good the hotel was. It also seems understaffed, as I had to call to find someone to come check us in (she was just around the corner filling the popcorn machine, but I didn't realize that), and there were several other times I passed through the lobby and the front desk staff were away working on something else.

I have been coming almost every week for the last few weeks. And I plan to continue to do so. It is an affordable overnight rate and the beds are comfortable and when the indoor pool and jacuzzi and the wonderful meals that you serve is worth every penny. It's like a refueling opportunity for us emotionally. even though we're 15 minutes from home, we feel like we're on vacation and we enjoy it and will continue to enjoy it. The staff has always been nothing but kind and wonderful and we are so happy with every aspect of our stay. I have no complaints.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, hotel was quiet and comfortable. Happy hour was a decent add to a long drive and a way to help relax. The location was a good one in the middle of a few restaurants and Gas stations, some walking distance.

I did not eat dinner there, however the breakfast could have been much better than it was. Even with so little options around the hot bar it can still be made delicious. This was not. It could have been just the day we ate breakfast but it was not that good.
