The location was great. All modern furniture which was comfy. Great that the rooms were cleaned every day. There was little noise at all. (Other reviews suggest it was an issue) However it was no issue at all. Place was roomy and lots of balconies with different views. Cleanliness and hotel staff were always attentive and friendly. Loved the Primal restaurant downstairs, which we also ordered room service for.

The property was great. The only few, very minor issues were with the kitchen. And I state this as it is a personel preference only. The fridge would beep every time it was opened (yet didn't beep when opened for too long). The rangehood was not working (Rusted out) which also meant there was No light at all to prepare meals. The kitchen light was not strong enough. No soft close kitchen drawers.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with good toiletries. I liked the use of individual aircon units you could control yourself. The location is within super close walking distance to the shops and the buses but it is a 20 or so minute drive from Darwin city so make sure you are prepared for this. The rooms weren’t too loud unless people in the hallway were being noisy, the bed was comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from. I loved the laundry facilities but could only figure out how to put the dryer on for 10 minutes at a time which was frustrating as I had to keep going down to put it on until the clothes were dry. But otherwise, my stay was comfortable and I would recommend this hotel.

The main downfall was that the technology in the rooms was severely outdated. The TV was very small and old, so no apps or smart TV capabilities. This was difficult for me as I had travelled for surgery and spent a lot of time in the room recovering.

The room, location and facilities were brilliant! The AC worked perfectly, the rooms had a great view and the size of the room was perfect for our group. It was a safe distance from the city and offered underground parking which was really great for my anxiety! We will certainly come back!

There needed to be the right amount of towels for the number of guests staying. The cleaning team did an excellent job of keeping the room spick and span - however they only ever left two towels and two face washers, where there were four of us. We had to keep calling to get them to deliver more towels. I would just recommend double checking the number of guests to the number of required towels. There was also no fan in the bathroom which made it steam up quite a bit.

Location was good close to the supermarket, club, pubs and restaurants

On arrival they had our 2 rooms on different levels and were hesitant to change it. The air conditioning didn’t work. The room wasn’t cleaned Sunday & Monday we had to ask for clean towels, and coffee nearly everyday. Had to deal with cigarette smoke from other balconies.

Fabulous hotel … really loved the setting inside everything compact .. laundry washing machine n dryer beautiful leather sofa n dining table n chairs … 5 mins walk to Shopping mall and bus station so convinient and 10 mins drive to Gateway shopping mall .. very friendly staff @ reception would love to come back on my next trip it’s n A plus for me💜❤️

This is a more affordable option to staying in Darwin if you are prepared to drive around 20 mins to the CBD. Staff were very helpful and quickly tried to resolve any issues we had with our units. They kindly upgraded us when one issue could not be repaired. There is a large shopping centre with a good supermarket nearby.

Although comfortable, the property was a bit tired. There was some noise during the night from people shouting outside the property. There was also a very noisy vacuum blower operating early in the morning in nearby shops. We were not confident about free parking outside the property and can understand why people pay $15 a night for secure parking under the building.

Location was great. Friday markets right next to hotel. Right next to a supermarket and heaps of eateries options.

The permanent resident in the adjoining room (there was an adjoining door), she was really loud mostly in the mornings yelling at her child. But didn’t have inside voice at nights either. So that was frustrating.

We had 3 nights at the Free spririt Caravan park in a cabin .We had a wedding there . Unfriendly and very expensive wont be staying there again. The Quest was excellent and secure well done and would recommend this place

Felt like it was situated in the car park of shopping centre. On first floor room had lights from shopping centre car park still seeping through blockout curtains. Did not like that you could not have an extension of a 3 hour later check out without having to pay a whole night. In the end took extra 1 and half hour free late check out and went to Crocodylas zoo on way to airport with luggage to kill time. would have been happy to pay half night cost to check out later in the day
