Breakfast was very nice, and the room was alright, It was a funny distribution thou since the living area was wide but the room was narrow, but it was mostly the building rather than the actual hotel. so it is understandable. The kitchen was easy to use and provided enough.

the toilet door was weird, sliding doors and you can see through the door. and very discrete but the facilities were more modern. Poor toiletries were presented in the bathroom.

Breakfast was made quickly on all occasions was delicious & well presented.

It is a Shame that the Rooftop Bar is only open from 3 - 9pm as the venue doesn’t have another Bar. Amazing views

We were greeted with a smile and given a welcomed complimentary drink on arrival. Check in was easy and we had our room on the 14th floor with amazing views of the city and the bay. The room was very well appointed with comfy a bed, ac and fan. The kitchen had all of the required items to prepare meals and had a large fridge. The bathroom was a good size and had a great shower. Airconditioning worked well as did the free Wi Fi. The outdoor balcony that could be accessed by opening one door or sliding the entire glass wall back, was perfect with a good size table and chairs and perfect for the amazing sunsets and entertaining. The pool was really good and refreshing and has good shade. The rooftop bar had amazing 360o views plenty of placed to sit either indoor or outdoor and offered plenty of free snacks and a good selection of reasonably priced drinks, be prepared if you drink red wine, its kept in the fridge! The hotel is situated only 5-10 minutes walk to the city or supermarkets and bottles hops and Restaurants.

Car park was very tight to park. The lifts were often a bit slow, but waiting chairs are placed at each elevator door.

Breakfast was fabulous, Also staff on duty for breakfast were helpful and friendly. We found the reception staff also friendly especially the night manager who let us in when we arrived at 12.15am. Extremely friendly and helpful. thank you

Actually I don't think there was anything we didn't like. We thought at first when we got out of the lift the apartment looked a little dated, but once in our room we were very happy to find it was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely loved the bathroom which was perfect for me; wheelchair accessible shower, toilet at the higher level, the fully equipped kitchen that took up minimal space. Large, spacious apartment. It was listed as a1 bedroom, but 4 people could easily stayed there and would not feel crowded. Great view of the harbor from inside as well on the patio and no one near the hotel, giving me privacy. The staff from the reception, the Horizon cafe and the 16th floor bar were so pleasant and went out of their way to help me! I would go back!

No detergents for the kitchen and being a foreigner; I was not comfortable running the dishwasher without instructions-- the only thing without instructions! I did have to request they unlock the in room safe.

Everything was fantastic. Our Apartment was upgraded for free to a two bedroom before we arrived. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. We were given the choice of two free drinks from the reception fridge. We were also given two free vouchers for drinks at the rootop bar. The rooftop bar was brilliant for watching the fireworks and the atmosphere was great. We also used the gym and then relaxed in the 28 meter saltwater infinity pool - it was fantastic. We were having a Staycation and we thoroughly enjoyed it and really recharged our batteries. We will be back again.

There was nothing we didn't like

Two employees at reception, Sri and Sandy, went out of their way to be helpful, especially when we needed to make a phone call to Singapore Airlines about a ticketing problem. They showed genuine concern and even asked about it the following day, wondering if the problem had been resolved. They were cheerful and welcoming from our arrival to departure. They were exemplary employees, the kind every hotel should have.

Some areas, such as corridors, were dark and grubby in appearance. Could use a new paint job and brightening up. The lobby are is very small and cramped, especially when large numbers of people are checking in.

Modern spacious apartment on the 3rd floor with pool access through a gate on a little patio. The air conditioning worked well and there were ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge. The lounge area had a two seater couch facing the TV, a small table with two chairs and a desk with a chair. There was a good range of power points. The kitchen was well-stocked with a full-size fridge / freezer, electric stovetop, oven, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave and all manner of kitchen utensils. Teas, coffee, sugar and salt supplied. I liked the little photos in drawers and shelves showing what was stored there. There was a washer / dryer with laundry liquid which worked well. The bedroom was well laid out. The queen bed had four pillows, with extra pillows and towels in the wardrobe but not the expected extra blanket. Some hanging space on either side of the bed with shelves and a safe. Double power points in the bed head recess and on the floor allowed for easy device charging. The modern bathroom had good water heat and pressure, a full length mirror, hair dryer and towels. You picked up pool towels from reception. The bar on 16th floor had great 360 degree views and was good value. There were free snacks and mini-meals and we were given two free drink vouchers. Easy parking in underground parking with a fob. There is a free mini bus shuttle to Mindel Market b/w 5 pm and 7 pm during May- Oct. Garbage chutes and recycling cupboard are in the hallway. Good wifi.

The location is just a little outside the main shopping district of Darwin. We could hear the coffee machine in the cafe in the morning.

Great value and all the facilities were very much appreciated. Breakfast on the balcony made me get up every day for the sunrise and was absolutely delicious. I really liked being able to choose from a menu rather than a buffet - kept it interesting and less food wastage. Try the Nasi Goreng! Staff were also great at every stage (night manager, reception, restaurant and rooftop bar). The rooftop bar is pretty worn in appearance, but definitely worth a look as the views are spectacular, and even though there's no food up there you can easily order in - some friends and I got pizza up there and it was a perfect way to finish off a busy day. So relaxed. The pool is awesome too.

Would like there to be towels down at the pool area - I had to go up and down a few times because assumed there would be towels there. The lift is also quite busy at times so can be very frustrating - only two lifts, but whatever the sequencing is means you can be waiting quite a while when it's busy. Also, the foxtel in room was really annoying to manage - not a gripe with the hotel though, just I think the menu and set up options are terrible.

Rooftop bar was a great location to finish the day off with a cold beverage. Snacks provided in the afternoon were a great accompaniment with drinks and breakfast in the mornings was fast and good. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was more spacious, and the air conditioning was great for the Darwin climate. Wifi worked well and was able to run virtual meetings without any issues. Air condition vents were clean which is very rare for hotels and fans in corridors worked well whilst waiting for the lifts. Car Park was very handy and easily accessible, and location was great, only a 7-8 min walk into the city. Washing machine was handy due to the length of my stay which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel!

Not all cutlery was present in the rooms, looked as though it was once available though guests may have taken/broken and not replenished. Too hot to sit on balcony due to time of year and air conditioners blowing warm air in the space. Rooms a little dirty, in particular under the beds etc.
