The room was large enough and the beds were comfortable. There wasn't enough seating. The tile floor in the room and bathroom weren't well cleaned. The bathroom vanity was nice and large and clean but the bathtub/ shower weren't in good shape. There were no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. The closet did have some hangers which helped a little. I couldn't get the hair dryer to work, not sure if it was the outlet or the dryer.

The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept peacefully--the location is off the main highway so we didn't have to deal with traffic noise. All of the staff were friendly and we felt welcome! The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe going to our car at night. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Close to interstate so that you can get around rapidly.

My wife has the nose of a blood hound--she said the bedspread smelled of sweat. I did not smell it. Just a note, although it doesn't bother us--if you are accustomed to nightly maid service, this hotel has the cleaning staff clean and makeup your room every other day if you are staying longer then one night. Clean towels are offered daily. For us, it was our stay was excellent!

Staff friendly, helpful. Facilities and the room I stayed in were very clean. Stayed in the room entire time, minus the required time spent at a conference I was attending in the in the area.

The hotel was close to where I needed to be and couldn't beat the price, but the location was less than ideal. Never stayed anywhere alone before. Had 2 people approached me in the parking lot. One asked for money for a room, and the other asked if I wanted to make a purchase. I wouldn't choose her to stay alone again.

The hotel appeared modern and well kept. The location is convenient with the Four Seasons Mall nearby along with other shops and restaurants. The hotel offers great amenities such as an elevator, outdoor pool, fitness room, vending machines, complimentary breakfast, guest laundry, etc. Our room was very spacious. The hotel staff were friendly. There was a variety of complimentary breakfast items to choose from. Overall, we highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will definitely stay again if we visit Greensboro, North Carolina again in the future.

On the last night of our stay, we ended up finding a large, sticky food stain on the floor near the box spring and side table. We didn’t see it when we originally checked in as it was well hidden.

The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the staff we spoke to were all nice and very helpful. The lady at check-in was especially helpful in giving us very useful advice on getting to the venue to see the band we were in Greensboro to see. The location was convenient and we planned to walk, but were happy to take the advice given and drive! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

There wasn't anything to find fault with really. The breakfast could have had more choices, but we didn't stay here for the breakfast!

The front lobby was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early. The room was clean and well kept. It was in a good location for what my son and I were in the area for.

There must have been some renovations occurring with the elevators (I think) and it did smell pretty bad in the elevator. There was only one area for drink/snack machines on the first floor, which at 3am was not great, but understandable. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Every time we come here it is clean and smells fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Quick and painless. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that we were on the first floor. It wasn't too loud. Overall it was awesome.

Our stay was great, I don't have anything to add that needs to be changed. The hotel is in a good location, and close to what we usually come to Greensboro for. It is close to restaurants and the highway.

I enjoyed the items that Country Inn and Suites offered for breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and waffles were good items. The hot coffee and water were a plus. The location was solid enough and close to the interstate. The location is also close to a wide range of restaurants. From the hotel, you can get to many major sites of Greensboro in a matter of minutes.

I think that the pool's unavailability had a good impact on the experience. There was some unexpected noise during the evening hours. Even though I am on the first floor, other guests can do better to be mindful of their activity. That said, if you are on the first floor be aware of possible noise interference. Parking is plenty but you may need to park on the side if you get to the establishment late.

Convenience and Price I needed a room relatively close to my home bc I had to check on my pet. The location was the closest and the price which I initially booked 2 days via booking.com was good for me at $89.00 per night.I extended my stary an additional 2 days at the hotels rate of around $117.00 per night.

Offer pork free breakfast biscuits, maybe an omelette station

Washcloth on our floor as soon as we opened the door and hair in the sink and on the toilet seat. Housecleaning needs to take a walk through once they are done cleaning the rooms to see if they missed anything. Bed a little hard, woke up stiff. They did have waffles, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches and cereal, and muffins. I wish they had breakfast meats like sausage or bacon to go with your waffles.
