The front staff were super nice and helpful. My kids were super hyper and the manager went over and asked my children if they wanted to color on the screen on the wall in the lobby. The room was clean and quiet. I didn’t hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The trundle couch worked perfectly for our kids. Location was super convenient with proximity to the airport. It was a great experience and will choose to stay here again.

Bathtub did not have stopper, my kids are bath takers so it would have made it easier to clean them but not a huge negative.

The rooms were nice enough, the location was right next to the ATL rental car return, and the Skytrain was literally steps from the front door. The continental breakfast was next level. Such great selection and quality.

The charge to park overnight was oppressive. I opted to return my rental car the evening we checked in so as to avoid having to pay. Joke was on me however, the rental agency charged me an early return fee which was almost as much as the parking fee. Collusion perhaps???

The facilities were spotless. Our room was just as pictured. The breakfast in the morning was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. We were literally walking distance to the sky tram. The staff, especially Amy, were all so nice and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable. It felt like someone put a board under the mattress and pushed up the middle. I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa couch. Parking was $35.00 a day, which I thought was really expensive considering what we paid for our room.

No shuttle service. Sky train is close but still considerably more effort unless you can travel very light. When I booked early on booking.com I paid considerably more than the price of the day offered by hotel

I rated breakfast excellent, although it was missing the waffle machine, breakfast was served from 0630 to 0900. However, the quiche and other breakfast items were very good. Coffee was good, and the all day available lemon water in the lobby was tasty. The hotel also has food and beverage items for sale which came in handy. The Renaissance next door had a delicious dining menu! The shower!! Room had plenty of space for me and my family, comfy. The hotel front desk and staff were Excellent! Best of all was the sky train from the hotel to the airport with easy to follow signs!

No sightseeing in the area. But that is okay, I choose this hotel for the easy access to the airport. Nice area for walking around the GA Convention Center and other hotels in the area. Although there was construction going on, noise level was very low to zero and there was no overt obstruction from the crews.

Property and rooms were clean and updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location to the airport was great.

I reserved room with 2 queen beds and I was given king bed with sofa sleeper. I was told because I booked through a third party there was no guarantee I would get what I reserved. The young lady was nice but I preferred what I reserved and I've never had that problem before. Also, there was supposed to be a blanket and extra pillows for the sofa sleeper however, it was just one pillow and no blanket only sheets.

A simple busines hotel with very professional staff, clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located close to the airport and very easy to reach by SkyTrain, which is free. Breakfast is decent.

1. I was surprised that there wasn't a bottle of water in the room. For 200$ a night I'm sure they could supply a 2$ bottle of water. 2. The minibar was empty, it would have been nice to have something, given that I arrived at 22.00.

Enormous room with so many extra touches for travelers. Staff was very friendly and kindly gave us some yogurts in the evening since we were leaving at 4am. Steps from the Skytrain which made getting to airport so easy!

Only suggestion would be they could use better lighting for makeup application in bathroom - it was a bit dim.

It was easy to get to. The staff was friendly. The room size was perfect.

The room had a pet odor and a wet spot on the carpet, which my first assumption was a dog pee spot. I have no problems with animals, but it would be ideal if pet rooms did not have carpet.

You can take the SkyTrain directly from the airport and walk over to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early than expected which I really appreciated. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options that also changed daily.
