The staff at the desk was awesome, the room was very clean, the lounge area was amazing and I would definitely recommend it.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking, there was no shuttle bus it was more of a suv with a driver who smelled like weed and who I thought was taking us to the airport but only took us a few walks up to a train that took us to the airport, he also tried to get me to pay him in cash if I want a direct ride to the airport.

We were traveling back from Europe and missed our connection. We showed up without our bags and exhausted. The staff was wonderful. They gave us toiletries for the night and got us checked in quickly. We ate a really good meal at the hotel bar. The beds were so comfy and our room was really nice and very clean. Very early the next morning, security drove us right to the elevator to the airport train. This is a top notch hotel and under some pretty stressful circumstances, we were able to relax and get a good night’s sleep. 10 out of 10 experience!

Loved the location, it is like 5 min from the airport. The service and facilities are great. The experience overall it was great.

I didnt really have cellphone service outside the building or inside the room, I had to cennect to the Wifi. The base of the bed made a lot of noise. And, I got a handicap room (we neither are handicap, nothing against it), but I didnt like the shower curtains. I dont know if all the rooms are like this.

The staff at the restaurant was amazing! Rae is the best! She took great care of me as it was late when I arrived after getting stuck in Atlanta due to flight being cancelled. Thank you for making me feel welcome Rae!!!!

I ended up taking a cab from the airport because I didn't know I could have taken the plane train. Maybe add that to the info on the conformation.

The hotel's aesthetics were sleek, modern and stress-reducing. The staff and service was first rate. This hotel was booked for a convention at the nearby convention center. I will likely find another reason to return for a stay.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.

It smelled lovely walking in. Everything was clean. My room had plenty of space and was clean.

Check in took way to long because no one was at the front desk when I walked in. She did apologize but only told me where the elevator was once i checked in ,and nothing about the amenities. Overall she wasn't rude and my stay was otherwise great.

If you choose to get a vehicle, parking is 30 dollars a day. They will ask you when checking in if you have one and if you say yes they will give you a parking slip to place in your car.

next time I will not check in on line! when the rooms are selected, you have a chance of getting a handicapped room, which happened to me. it was late when I checked in so I didn’t ask for a room change, which I could have gotten. lesson learned!

I liked that free wifi was provided, that a courtesy ride to the sky train was 24 hours (so helpful!), that there was free short term parking right out front to load/unload luggage and the staff was really very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps some coffee/tea options in the room....my room didn't have a bathtub....not a big deal but if I would have stayed more than one night I would have wanted one.

Cleanliness of hotel room and overall room quality was high. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Breakfast not served until 6.30, so for early flights was not possible to eat before leaving. Evening meal quality was good (cobb salad excellent), but staff were unsure about ingredients in dishes, which when medically requiring a gluten free diet it made this difficult and salad the only safe to eat option.
