Wonderful staff all around. Quiet and comfortable. Would most definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The location was poor. I could hear the Interstate and the other criticism I had was the pool. I was expecting to be able to use the pool but the temperature was cold at 75. I wasn't expecting a heated pool to be so cold and uncomfortable.

The parking lot was close to a busy highway and Walmart and it attracted a rough element. It was not safe to be in the parking lot alone in the morning. The lot was dark not well lighted at night. There is not enough lighting in the parking lot in the evenings.

The breakfast was great, the staff were super friendly. We particularly liked being able to bring in food after my daughter's graduation and sit at the tables in the lounge.

It was Memorial Day weekend and the price was exorbitant, even booking 5 months in advance. We had no other options. I wish the hotel would just keep fixed rates and not overcharge. It felt like ransom and left a bad feeling.

Convenient location just off the Mass Pike, when traveling. Dog-friendly! (Which is why we chose it.) Friendly front-desk staff, and a nice array of snacks and drinks for purchase. Very new, good-quality hotel overall, with fun design. Rooms are comfortable and sparking clean.

The breakfast was great, the area was kept clean and the food was restocked the entire time we were there. The gentleman who was maintaining it did an exceptional job.

Everything was great from the parking to the staff to the free breakfast and the rooms were packed perfect. Everything was new and bright and clean.

Yes are bathroom had a clogged toilet. I had requested it to be unclogged at 1:30 in the afternoon. We got back to the Rome at almost 12 o'clock and the toilet was still clogged. A night shift girl was kind enough to find me a plunger and we did it ours. What's very dissatisfied with that. Also I was told that they would not charge us from the room that night.

The front desk guy, his name is Jonathan he was very kind, compassionate, and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient in resolving the reservation issue. The housekeeper Glorimar keeps our room clean and full of supplies

Some staff are rude. Or if you have an issue with the reservation, they didn't move a finger to help,

I thought the hotel was really well decorated in the lobby. The artwork was very unique. Also when I arrived, I thought the lobby smelled really nice and fresh.

There wasn’t anything that I saw that I didn’t like. I wish we had been staying for more than one night to enjoy more time there.
