The accommodation wasn't flash, but it's not trying to be, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. For the price I thought it was great. Friendly front staff, very clean rooms, room was quiet, good wifi, plenty of parking, felt safe round the place. The breakfast was ok, given it was included in the price - waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, muffins, toast and coffee. I stayed for 5 nights and after a few days I was getting a bit bored with it but no complaints. Handy location for the things I needed to do and right by I287 and the Mario Cuomo Bridge. The main center of Nyack is about a 10min walk. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

The location was very convenient for our trip. The first floor room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the cleaning of the room while we were away for the day. The breakfast set up was ready each morning promptly at 6 am,

The towels are a bit small in size for large adults. If they could add some more types of fruit with the breakfast and provide a spray can of coating for the waffle iron, it would be better. There were several people in the hallway at late hour making noise and the upstairs room sounded like someone was stomping on the floor when they walked.

The location was amazing. Less than a mile from downtown Nyack. It was a $10 ride share to all the bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely market across the street.

The signage is difficult to see from the road and the exterior needs a little sprucing up but other than that we had an excellent time.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and more than I expected! The staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Only about 10 minutes from sleepy hollow.

The only issue we had was the outlet in the bathroom did not work.

The bed was comfortable, and it was clean but couldn't been better.

Had to have them change the sheets because it was stains on the sheets and it was hair in the shower so I brought some bleach spray on my own.

Hotel is quite good value for money with clean and functional rooms, very comfortable bed, and great location for travellers on I 95. Didn’t have their breakfast, but they did recommend the Nyack Diner in the small center next to them. Really good food - fresh, delicious lentil soup. The tiny grill kitchen turns out good food. Highly recommend both.

Can’t name a single thing. We stayed at “fancy” hotels on our trip and most liked the comfort of this one. Traffic noise was a consideration as it’s off a busy street, but sound proofing and thick curtains helped soften the sound.

It was convenient to the expressway and one of the few properties around. It was clean, had a good bed, a decent breakfast and nice owners. There is a 100 returnable deposit fee. This is more than sufficient for a short stay.

The 100 deposit, the room refrigerator was whirring and I unplugged it.

I liked that it was in a quiet place and the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The only wrong thing was that the doorknob on the bathroom door was broken but I called the front desk and reported it and they said they would fix it.

Basic breakfast, nothing too special by any means. But it got the job done! I think you're in pretty good shape if you have a working waffle maker and microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches!

Couldn't take a long hot shower like we wanted because the water would start to back up a bit. But otherwise, everything was spotless and the water was piping hot, just like I like it!

Looks a little rough on the outside, but even though it's a bit dated, it's clean and comfortable where it counts, in the rooms. Decent breakfast, good value. Bonus: just a quick hop to the Taco Boys Restaurant. Excellent authentic take out Mexican!
