very private with private parking and camera surveillance. there is no front desk so communication with owner is through text . the property has 3 luxury class units.beyond reasonably priced and only 10 miles from buffalo and 30 from niagara falls . the 3 suites are modern ,large and beautiful. definitely the best place i have ever stayed!!!!

I love the rustic look of the lobby/entrance and how clean it smelled when we walked in. I appreciated the clean room. We often travel late and it means so much to have a clean bed to stay in. The pillows were comfortable. I like that the towels were not tiny. Breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and it was convenient that there was even a restaurant on premises. There were some nice on site views

While there were several K-cups to chose from, there was only one cup for two guests. I saw no point in bothering anyone for more since we were only there one night and were heading down to the restaurant anyway, but it is nice to have first thing.

Good size room and very nice bathroom. I especially liked the high petal sink. The shower water was hot. The sleeper sofa in our room was great to sit on. The bed was softer than I like but comfy. Great location in Tarrytown near many attractions, but I recommend a car to get to everything easily. Large conference and ballroom facilities well maintained.

The king-size mattress wasn't as firm as I like, but it was comfy.

The staff from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping were all very friendly. The pool was big and heated. Nice sauna in the bathrooms in the pool area. The outside patio of our room was an easy way to get quick fresh air. Shower pressure was good.

No microwaves in room or common area. Staff was nice enough to let me heat up food in there’s. Could use a little updating.

room not cleaned or serviced room was far from desk and there was another entrance right by it but we were not advised to drive around and park there. seemed to be short staffed

Gorgeous property including an indoor pool. Rooms are not state-of-the-art but I wouldn’t call them outdated either. Just right.

Our room had a tendency to heat up a bit in the afternoon which was only a problem because the AC was apparently off for the season and the window only opened a crack. The staff was very quick and friendly to try to resolve the problem.

The entrance is absolutely beautiful and leads to high expectations for the rooms.

The property is quite dated, the rooms have that pungent smell. Navigating the facility and where the rooms are was somewhat diffixult. the front desk lady told us that our room was around the corner to the left. however neglected to say which floor or in which location of the building. therefore, we had to hunt for our room.

The restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast was was excellent. Came back for lunch

The garden is over grown and needs to be trimmed down. I’m on the second floor and cannot see out because of the 15ft. Pine bushes. Plus there were ants in the room and elevator out of order. But everything else was great.

Good sized room with sofa and desk and Keurig coffee maker in room. Nice exercise room. Indoor pool.

No cookie or snack upon arrival. no breakfast included. Cleaning staff was goofing off in hallway upon my arrival around 6 pm. Didn't even make attempt to appear professional in front of customers. Exit door (security door) leading to back parking lot broken, so security is compromised. I notified front desk. They didn't write anything down.

Great value per night for convenient location. Renovation taking place though and assuming that may explain the lower rate compared to nearby hotels

Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you ask for it on a daily basis.
