Lovely quiet location easy walk into town seafront castle and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean spacious apartment. Comfy bed great shower. Free easy parking. Nice pool and bar. Very good bar menu. Would highly recommend for a stay in this area. I would also highly commend the taverna just beyond the accommodations before you reach the seafront-no regular menu, you get taken to the kitchen to chose and it is fabulous friendly family taverna. The locals clearly know this place!

There is no particular view, but all accommodation is well spaced out and feels nicely private. But your unlikely to be lingering on your outside area much so this is not really an issue unless you were expecting a sea view. (We weren’t!)

Everything was amazing, lovely resort, room was clean, excellent aircon, great shower, comfortable beds, beautiful big pool and super clean, always available beds with shade, perfect location close to stunning sandy shallow beach with warm water and many restaurants in the great village of methoni, and if course great staff that was always happy to help! loved it and highly recommend this place!!!

Our best accommodation in Greece! Staff were so pleasant and helpful and the facilities are great. They happily provided us with a beach umbrella for our trip to Voidokilia beach - which you shouldn't miss along with the walk up to the fort (as long as its not too hot!) We had a 2br villa which was huge and nice and close to the pool. Breakfast was great. A fantastic all round experience - and make sure you drop into Sapientza restaurant next door!

This is a wonderful place, located 5 mins on foot to the beach and the nearby village of Methoni. The landscaping of the property is exceptionally well made, and the bungalows are of very comfortable size. Everything inside the bungalows, from furniture, windows and down to the light switches, is of premium quality and it shows that the owners invested time and money into this. You can also find everything you could possibly want for. The pool area is very nice and they make delicious cocktails. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of local products and classic dishes, fresh fruit and pastry. The staff is wonderful, especially the young lady tending the reception / bar area, she could not be more kind, helpful, and professional. I recommend going to the taverna next door, and to the village boat renting place on the beach if you want a memorable trip to one od the islands around Methoni. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place, you will not regret staying here.

The only perhaps a bit strange thing was that our bedroom wall was shared with the neighbours' bathroom wall, including the piping, so it made for some noises, especially during quiet hours. It didn't take away from our wonderful experience, it was just a bit unfortunate.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast (extremely good orange juice), clean, great appartment - fully equipped. The pool was amazing (!!!) - 3 levels, clean water, pool bar with cocktails, drinks, food, snacks, ice creams ... The pool was really heaven for children. And adults. :)

Air condition probably needs cleaning, it had a bad smell when you turned it on. Otherwise, no complaints.

The appartments are very spacious, very big rooms and superbly clean. Not only inside, but also outside everything was meticulously maintained. Very clean and a very comfortable place to stay. The owners are very friendly and willing to help you out with everything. Breakfast is super. Much to choose from and delicious. Methoni is a small but good town to stay. It's not overly touristic, and by car you can reach in 30 minutes time many places to see: Methoni itself (with a very big castle), Pylos, Nestor's Palace, Polymnio Waterfalls, Koroni. Recommended!

To be honest, nothing. Well, when you use the sleeping couch, another place to sit down would be nice (if you are with 6 people). But that's just nitpicking, the couch can be converted back to normal quit easily.

Our two bedroom villa could sleep six and was far bigger than expected with two large terraces to sit on. The family who run it and their staff were all very friendly and attentive. Everything was immaculately clean and cleaned daily by a great team. The swimming pool area was beautiful with a good pool bar where food can be ordered even delivering it to your room if you wish. Location was close to town of Methoni and further restaurants and bars and the local beach. I would recommend this as a great place to stay with freedom to self cater or eat in hotel. We hope to return. Thank you to all the family & staff.

All staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Lovely balcony to sit on and the pool area was also good and spotless clean. Pool/snack bar was closed during our stay as low season.

Can't say there was anything to dislike, but if I was being picky there was no info in the room for using the safe etc but easily resolved with a WhatsApp message!

Cleaning service was somewhat ad-hoc would expect a facility like this to provide impeccable cleaning daily when asked for, sometimes towels were not provided timely and some garbage was left in the room.

The accommodation was spacious, extremely comfortable. It had a small kitchen and big living room so ideal for staying with young children. The facilities on site, breakfast, pool and pool bar were all excellent. The small children’s pool was very safe and ideal for younger children not confident in the water yet. The owner was always friendly and helpful.
