I liked it all !! Sue was the perfect hostess, genuine, and keen to provide a good experience for her guests. There were wonderful views from the terraces, and the addition of the pool. Every detail was in place throughout the villa. Clean beyond clean !! Breakfast was very good, and Sue was willing to accommodate any other choices, not on the table. The tranquility of the place was wonderful.

The location was hard to find at first, being up on the hillside just outside Moraira. However once I got my bearings, it was fine There was nothing to dislike from my perspective.

The accommodation was amazing, set in a beautiful home. Everything was pristine and clean. All home comforts provided with the additional options of an honesty fridge, as well as access to a home cooked lunch/eve meal if required. The views down onto Moraira were to die for. The breakfasts were superb and if you left the table hungry it was your own fault! Sue was a wonderful host, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were absolutely thrilled to have discovered this guest house and would recommend it highly. In fact we definitely aim to return!

Not a dislike - but advice - we had use of a hire car which would probably be necessary for access into Moraira and surrounds. You couldn't walk into the village. That said - taxi services are available.

This beautiful guest house feels like visiting family. Sue and Nigel are truly wonderful people. We loved everything about our stay! The comfortable room with beautiful views, good shower and bed, the swimming pool, a cozy night with some drinks, good talks and laughs, Sue's amazing food and more. We really enjoyed our time and recommend this place to everyone! When we go back, we visit Sue and Nigel again. They are the sweetest and welcomed us in their home. We wish them all the best!

You don't have to go to a restaurant every time. Sue has a wide range for a small lunch or dinner. And with tasty wines on offer, everything at very reasonable prices. With a beautiful view from the terrace, there is nowhere better to sit. The rooms are also practical and well furnished. They have a nice terrace. And if the weather permits, there is a nice swimming pool available. The house has a spacious living room with a view of the valley and Moraira. Thank you Sue for the pleasant stay. We really can't find any negative points

This is that special kind of place you never want to leave! Sue and Nigel are simply the nicest people and the exceptional level of hospitality is unmatched. The villa is absolutely stunning and our accommodations were just perfect in every way, from the pool and view to the wine and food to the comfort and amenities of our room. We can’t wait to return!

There is nothing not to love!

A fantastic B and B. Sue is a very caring person and she made our stay fantastic. The room is spacious, the bed as well and very comfy. The room has everything you need, incl. toiletries and a minifridge. It has a eastfacing terrace with view at the hlls and part of the sea. We didnt use the pool in the garden ,as it was too cold. On the upper floor was the living room and the terrace, where the perfect continental breakfast (with cheese, ham, fruit, minicroissants, toastbread, marmelade, butter , yoghurt and coffee ) was served, depending on the weather. We had it inside and outside. The terrace is at the eastside, so you can enjoy a sunny breakfast with seaview. You need a car and you can park it on the street next to the house. It s ten minutes drive to Moraira with lots of restaurants. The house is in a urbanisation on a hill. The rooms and living room are below the road,so you have to take some stairs. But there is a lift at streetlevel, for your luggage or if you have some problems with walking. Next to the rooms is a honestybar, with some snacks to buy as well. The most fantastic thing is that there is even a Menucard with different snacks, tapas ,sandwiches or complete meals to order in advance. We did it two times and we recommend it. Sue is a good cook and she serves it all in a creative nice way. Sue is a great host and she is always in a good mood. Thanks a lot, also for helping my husband for organizing cake and cava as a surprise for my birthday. Our stay was to short, but maybe we can come back one day.

Stunning location overlooking bay and town. Lovely bedroom with attractive patio leading to well kept pool and garden. Most helpful and willing host who looked after us each day. Very tasty breakfasts and other meals and snacks on offer

We had no complaints at all as Villa Beniarres was one of the best places we have stayed during many years of travels.

Sue runs a great guesthouse with 3 guest rooms. Ours was spacious and very comfortable. Direct access to a terrace. The pool is at the same level as all 3 rooms. The guesthouse, located high up the hill, has an amazing view over the valley of Moraira and the sea. Sue prepares a tasty breakfast with fresh coffee. On request Sue prepares lunch or dinner. The guesthouse and grounds provide a number of places to sit and relax. Nothing more to wish for!

The villa bad clan , well organised and located on the hills with a spectacular view. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and the breakfast was great. The vibe was relaxed and quiet, perfect for couples who wants a break from work and the city. We will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful! The views from every aspect were breathtaking. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, The bedrooms were very large and bright. The hostess Sue was so very lovely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious too! Would definitely return, we had a perfect relaxing vacation. Thanks so much Sue xx
