Lovely hotel, very central location, right near the beach and very close to nice restaurant’s and bars which were on the same street as the hotel. This area was very popular in the evening’s with the sun setting on that side of the hotel. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent, 10% discount to guests. Centre of town was a 2 minute walk away. Parking was outside the main entrance of the hotel. The room was spacious with bath and shower, very comfortable bed also English channels available on the TV. Very good breakfast served either in the restaurant or on the street terrace. Very helpful staff, all speaking good English. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. wonderful stay.

Excellent staff helpfulness, attitude, kindness etc. The guest WiFi wasn't working on my phone (although it was fine on my wife's) so they set me up fuss free on their work one. Breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea was delightful. The Manager rode a Ducati Multistrada 1260 - always a bonus to look at beautiful art outside the hotel every day!

If you looked closely you'd see that the corners of the bathroom and main room could have been cleaned better.

el desayuno - Our waiter Clemente was lovely, very efficient and professional. The quality and selection of the food was fantastic. All of the staff were so lovely and we liked that it was a family run hotel. We would highly recommend the Sand restaurant, the food was fresh and delicious. If you stay in the hotel you get a 10 percent discount in the restaurant.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and high standard everywhere. Beautiful views from the rooms with large windows overlooking either the pretty road/castle or the beach. Bed was so comfortable! I slept like a baby! Bathroom and shower was perfect, plenty of complimentary toiletries, everything I needed. Great coffee pod machine in the room. Didn’t use the mini bar but it was well stocked and not expensive. Breakfast included in the room rate was superb, as much as I wanted to eat and a lovely variety. All the staff are very polite and helpful, receptionists, restaurant and housekeepers, all amazing. Bottled water and a chocolate brought to the room every night. Highly recommended, I will definitely book again.

We thought Clemente & Bilyana were wonderful. Very hard working and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were lovely and very welcoming to us. A wonderful stay. Our room made it even more special. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach and sea.

We just had an overnight stay so we really weren't too bothered about facilities and attractions of the resort. However, we found everything perfect, in fact even though our bedroom overlooked a seemingly busy road we were unaware of street noise at all even though we slept with the window open. The room was spacious and well equipped, even boasting an iron and ironing board hidden away ready for use. We only had breakfast but the choice was more than adequate, better than at some 5 start resorts we've stayed at. We would have no hesitation in staying here again, next time for longer.

Very welcoming. Very helpful staff. One member was particularly welcoming when we arrived; and helpful when booking a taxi and showing us where to stand and wait for it - road by the hotel entrance was closed due to the fiesta.

The location was perfect and Josef and Piana were amazingly friendly and would do anything for us. We loved the breakfast and would recommend the restaurant as the dinner we had was amazing.

Inconsistencies in replacing coffee and not enough milk and conditioner and shampoos not replaced when nearly empty. Pillows on bed were not very comfortable and in the second week we got softer ones without even asking. No real choice of pillows. Also random chocolates left in room. Need to be everyday. Also male waiter hovered over our breakfast always keeping himself busy but made us feel a little uncomfortable. Really nice guy but needs to let us finish our plates first and relax a little. Breakfast shouldn't feel pressured.

Great location close to the beach and to town. Amazing view of the beach and the coast. we had an excellant dinner at their restaurant The Sand. Moraira one of the nicest towns on the coast with great beaches and wild headlands.

Wifi kept failing and my iPhone said the network wasn’t encrypted / protected. Bizarre procedure for connecting to their wifi.

The area, the hotel and the staff are familiar to us and treat us as if we are family, a fantastic place to stay in the middle of Moraira one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca.
