I liked the customer oriented attitude of the entire staff. Young and dynamic team which really impressed me of how nice and supportive they can be. During the weekend, took place also a private event, but we haven't felt missing anything because of that, I believe the owner could give some bonuses to his team, :-), they really worked hard to keep everything under control, both us and the event. And for the owner, it is really visible how much work he hid to build this place. It is a place where I recommend to stay when in Viseu: spacious rooms, good food, nice pools, friendly staff.

Food in the restaurant was great. 10/10, coffee as well. Staff is kind, nice and helpful, the wellness part was super and clean, room was also pretty clean.

The hotel was noisy sometimes. Off season maintenance i guess. Our room was too warm and couldn't change it, had to leave the window open for the whole night and we woke up every day in the morning by the animal noises from outside

- The spa is the best asset of this hotel (bathrobes and flip flops are offered). They have a lot of facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, swimming pool...) - The breakfast is OK / the restaurant too.

- The staff is not always welcoming (especially at the reception). - The decoration of the room is a bit outdated and needs a refreshment.

It was fantastic! Staff recommended local attractions, and were very friendly. Food was good in the restaurant and the spa area was very quiet (at one point we had it to ourselves!). Even though checkout is stared at ten they allowed us to stay an hour longer as we had a later flight with no extra charge. Thank you!!

Only issue we had is the sauna wasn’t very hot, but not sure if they turn it off as a winding down procedure

Everything, the location, cleaning, food, spa, staff were amazing. On top of that the staff is also very communicative via phone or whatsapp and always ready to help or solve your requests. Well done and keep it like this!!

I m a Ukrainian and I'm so grateful for this opportunity as it helps me not to be lost in new for me country where I was going alone. The hotel is fabulous, it situated among the green mountains and u will find funny attraction stream train that take tourists deep in the mountains. All is very very clean , full of pleasant odor, and modern. I enjoyed tasty breakfast and atmosphere. And the mountain view from the balcony so lovely! People was so warm and welcoming! Ruxandra helped me so much during my staying with all questions and give advice how to get to the place I m going to. It really very friendly and amazing place❤

The rooms were nice. good breakfast. the staff very helpfull. even though the swimming pool opens at 12 they opened it for me at 10. very good jacuzzis.

the only thing that botherd me was that the room that was on firs floor was facing the parking lot. in a beautiful place like maramuresh it is such a shame. may be the rooms on the other side have better view

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had toiletries even body cream which was great. The balcony hai a beautiful and calming view. The spa acces was the best part, with a lot of relax area. The food at the restaurant was great, especially the "papanasi" dessert 😍 Had them like all the days of out stay. Keep up the good job 🤗

We loved the scenery of the pool and spa, great hospitality, nice breakfast and the overall experience was super positive. we enjoyed this place very much.

We did not like the sound of the outer building cooling system.

Very friendly staff, good food, comfortable bed, very clean, free parking, spa an a lovely view. Close to Mocanita. Amazing part of Romania.
