Location is perfect. Very close to Disney springs and the parks. Lots of parking. I love having a washer and dryer to not bring home dirty clothes. And the full kitchen was great to save money.

I hated they don't do housekeeping. Asked for a room refresh but they don't do that and you have to take your own trash out. They also stated online they had an airport shuttle but this was not true.

The room was nice, the pool was beautiful and the location was good.

There weren't enough parking spaces.

The linens and beds are comfortable and clean. Within 10 minutes to Disney properties. Pool has a lazy river. Restaurants, bar and dessert are convenient located inside the resort. Staff are friendly. If you have kids they have various kinds of birds, ducks, turtles and fish by the lake.

I was offered to participate in a time share presentation twice by on site staff and once by a person on the phone since I booked through Bookings. It’s quite annoying to be asked numerous times even after I declined the first time. I booked this facility thinking shuttle service was included but it turned out it’s 10 bucks per person. No biggie, Uber turned out to be cheaper. They are not part of the hotels that have access to early hour to go inside the park which I thought it was since it’s inside Disney property.

How much there was to do at the resort. And how there were so many pools

There was a continuous issue with broken glass in the carpet of our room to where my babies had their feet cut multiple times walking across the carpet

Understand it was a hurricane, but I asked if I could pick up towels Weds morning myself, they said they would be working until 2:00 but didn't arrive.

The property was very comfortable, the pool area and Lake views were very pretty. This week we had was ample, including kitchen and laundry, which made that very convenient.

Not many options to have a dinner there. I think there was a Tex-Mex place and a place to get pizza but this wasn’t necessarily a negative, we didn’t stay at the parks super late so it would’ve been nice to have more options but honestly, it was pretty much sufficient.I like that they had some barbecue grills we could’ve used, but we were so tired. We didn’t feel like driving somewhere to go get things to prepare on the grill. Otherwise we would have, we saw many people doing that, next time we will do that!

The room and amenities were great! It was very central to the Disney parks. Everyone was so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Anytime you saw an employee of the hotel, they stopped and said hello or asked how your day was. The pool was fantastic, and all of the restaurants were close enough to walk to. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. AC worked amazing. Beds were comfy, although they could probably get slight firmer pillows. The bathtub was HUGE! Our son loved it.

The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle service. It is advertised as part of the hotel amenities on this site, but they no longer do shuttle service to the parks. The arcade games are a bit pricey.

The property was wonderful and we enjoyed it. It’s a great location and it was helpful to have 2 bathrooms in our suite. It was very clean and we would stay again.

The check in process was cumbersome. We were told to drive to building 6 to check in. We unloaded our bags and went to check in only to find out that we our room was in building 1. So we had to reload everything for a family of 6. They offer 3 check in spots. I just don’t understand why we were directed to the furthest away spot. At least tell us not to unpack before we check in.

Plenty of room for two families. Our kids got to play hide and seek. It was fun for them. Very close to Disney. It’s inside the Disney property. The outdoor area is beautiful and has so many activities that we didn’t have a chance to explore

No shuttle to the Disney, decorations could get some update. Little dusty that my husband was keeping on sneezing, no daily house keeping. No rep response to online inquires.

The staff customer service immediately upon arrival and check-in was what you would expect in more from a resort of this level. Even when arriving in a thunderstorm, everything about the property was just absolutely gorgeous. The views around the property were just absolutely breathtaking with the lake central to the towers. the room was very clean extremely spacious and both the spouse and I were equally in love with the hygiene products they supplied. We were very much big fans of Ecos one of the on-site poolside bar restaurants they’re loaded nachos were my personal favorite. There was a wide variety of pools and on site activities to choose from and they supply free pool towels.

I wish at the pool hours were until 1030 or 11 especially on the weekends. The lazy rivers definitely need more supplied tubes. Would be awesome if they included something like breakfast or some kind of free snacks for the money that you pay.
