We are a family of 4, including a 6 yr old and a 2 month old. This place had the best rate compared to any of the others which I was skeptical of, but, our stay was great. This isnt a resort or anything but for the price, they exceeded my expectations. We were 5 mins from downtown Ocean Springs and 10 mins from Biloxi. The room was very clean, we thought the beds to be comfy and the AC worked great. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond, and you could tell that they cared about their customers. The cleaning crew payed attention to detail yet wasn't invasive, for instance, my son had a stuffed animal that he played with, when she changed his sheets and made up his bed she didn't just leave it in the floor, she placed it very neatly on his bed by the pillows and absolutely made his day. I spoke with a gentleman who was in the room down from us and he said that he travels to the area for work often and he stays here bc it is the best value for the price and he has always had a wonderful experience. Also they are very strict about the smoking policy and will enforce it, we are not smokers but we're affected by someone else who was smoking. The staff was concerned and took care of the situation. Sorry for the lengthy review but I know you are up late trying to find the right room for your family's vacation and the price of this one is scaring you away lol, stay here, you won't regret it.😁

The worst thing about it which wasn't bad at all is that there was only one public washing machine and dryer. They were clean and worked great but it did require staying up alittle later to was clothes. This was a minor inconvenience

Our stay was GREAT! The girl at the front desk was super sweet! She had an accent but I didn’t get her name. I wish all places had fantastic customer service like this. The rooms are non-smoking but the room we were assigned someone was smoking next door. The girl at the front desk moved our room immediately. The room we moved to was super clean, spacious, smelled great and had plenty of towels. The location was great! It’s a Waffle House & coffee shop next store. Gas station right across the street. Lots of parking. We parked right in front of our room each night. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that someone was smoking in the room next door BUT the girl at the desk fixed it very fast.

We had a great experience, the parking lot was well lit and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed some of the breakfast items, we had an apple, yogurt, pancakes, and a bowl of cereal that was good but a couple of the other items weren't very good.

I did not like some of the breakfast items. The sausage patty tasted very processed and the texture seemed like it was boiled. Also the eggs were in cubes in a dish.

We were spending two days in the Ocean Springs area and this was convenient to everything in Ocean Springs and Biloxi by car. The breakfast was good and the gal running the breakfast was awesome - really cared about everything.

Nothing really other than that we were there for some of those Mississippi storms that included a few tornadoes. We were looking forward to Blues and BBQ at The Shed, but the band cancelled due to the storms and we just ended up with the BBQ - always great.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, just a grab and go. Waffle House was right next door if you want a bigger breakfast. Really good value for the money. I would consider another stay if the price was right.

Noisy being close to the interstate highway, but not over whelming.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was also good. Lots of parking. The room is comfortable and offers a mini fridge and a coffee machine. Nice! The price is unbelievable! If you are traveling several miles and you just want a place to stay overnight, thats your place. You will save money and will have a nice night of sleep.

Perfectly located right off the interstate which allows for a restful night during a cross-country drive. Spacious and clean non-carpeted room.

The extremely limited breakfast should just be removed. Luckily, there is a Waffle House directly in front of the hotel.

The address was not accurate and the breakfast was limited, also there was a problem with the door of the first room they assigned me, so they have to give me a new one

Location was great for what we needed. Attended cruising the coast, but didn’t wanna be in the middle of it all . Hotel was just passed all of that which we enjoyed.

Floors need to be steamed clean to get deep down dirt up.grandson went to the bathroom and back in his socks, and the bottoms were black. Everything else was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.
