It was great being close to so many things/ activities. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The Breakfast room attendant was awesome she was always helpful and had a greeting for everyone and a smile. The cleaning staff also friendly and helpful.

The elevator sounded as if it needed repair. It also needed cleaning. Our room was ok. It was much smaller than other La Quinta hotels we have stayed at. I am older and have mobility issues our room was 4th floor and down long hallway. The bathtub in our room was clogged they called repair man and was fixed quickly. But then the tub needed cleaning. It was just little things that just add up. I would not recommend this location when thinking back on KY stay.

The pool wasn't as clean as expected. We arrived an hour early and although we knew we might not get our room, we had to use a bathroom and was told there wasn't one we could use even after it was confirmed they had our reservation. There was a water leak from the ceiling in the hall outside our room and a small bucket to catch the water kept being moved and there were no signs cones or warning of the leak. The hotel ran out of water (none what so ever not even a drip) caused by something that they didn't know why. I can't blame the hotel, it might have been something out of their control since there was heavy construction next to the hotel

Breakfast was good, with eggs, meat, cereals, pastries, yogurt and fruit & also fruit juices, tea & coffee.

Hit water tasted like coffee. Most hotels get this wrong. They put hot water in a container that used to have coffee in it. It makes the water taste like coffee & taints the tea. Server got me fresh water from red handled spigot on a coffee machine in the kitchen.

Liked the breakfast especially the waffle maker, liked the location, liked that pets were allowed.

Did not like the mattress, did not like that the light in the bathroom was not separate from the light over the sink outside the toilet/shower area.

The staff as a whole were friendly. Quick to respond to any issue and even called guests by name including pups each day we were there. All of front desk guest service staff were quite nice and a treat is the bubbly personality of Asia. Nice breakfast room/ more so continental & food is fresh. Seriously good hot coffee !! Short driving distances to eateries,stores,etc. Quiet nights- no overhead planes- a wonderful whooshing sound now & again from the bullet train. We truly enjoyed our stay.

As a dog owner...the island across the top of the parking lot that faces the hotel is strewn with poop piles from some seriously inconsiderate dog owners. I did find other areas to walk instead. The hotel should enforce guests with dogs to clean up after themselves. Point a camera to that area and charge the room a clean up fee. The rest of the outside property, parking lot, grounds were kept clean.

Good price, convenient location, nice front desk people. Didn’t have time to use pool, but it looked very nice .

No real negatives. Oh maybe a bit noisy as we were on the side facing the highway. Still we got a good nights sleep.

The Rates & The Room Door Was A Little Loose. It Could've Felt More Secure Than It Was. It Had A lot Of Wear & Tear.
