We were delighted with our stay at the Hotel. The Location is ok, the Facilities are good, and we were particularly liked having access to the Swimming Pool and the Private Beach

There is nothing we could think of that we could possibly dislike about the Property. It is airy, with Natural Lights flooding in the building everyday, and the scenery is Beautiful.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants I wanted to visit. I especially enjoyed the pool, breakfast buffet, ambience , the staff were the most perfect people and I’d definitely be back to enjoying the welcoming experience with the staff. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The facilities.

The service during the New Years Eve Gala. I paid a lot of money for 4 people. I even had to pay regular rates for my children who were 14 and 16 because they didn't have an option for youth - they didn't drink alcohol but still had to pay for regular price for them. We were seated at the back indoor area, and service was really lacking. I had to chase down a waiter to get a drink. I mentioned this to the management team the following day and they did everything they could to make our stay much better, including providing us a very late checkout as we were catching a flight at midnight. So overall, we had a great stay. Perhaps they were not prepared for the influx of people for the New Years Eve Gala.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed room. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet and great happy hour specials. Received a fantastic massage at the spa and enjoyed relaxing at the pool and beach. The absolute best thing about the Mövenpick is the staff. Front desk, room service, and housekeeping employees are courteous, friendly, and efficient. And the servers and hosts at the Sails restaurant are the best! Always received a warm greeting, a radiant smile, and the best service! The staff at Sails, specifically Lester, Marialyn, Rochelle, and Ella, are my new best friends! Thank you everyone!

The bathroom needs additional surface areas for placing toiletries.

Lester is a champion!!! He appears everywhere and can't do enough for you. The food is top notch and there is so much to choose from. All of the staff are really well trained, and they just seem to be a level above the other hotels that I stayed in on this trip. They politely engage in conversation, and you can see it is genuine. The hotel has a lovely vibe to it. I will definitely be coming back.

Nothing to dislike. I could not fault them on anything. From the reception staff to the bar staff to the cleaners, they were amazing!

Two bedroom family suite is very nice, spacious with modern fittings. Comfortable beds and huge fluffy pillows. Pool and lounge area is pleasant, plenty of space to wind down and relax. Had a one hour massage with my husband at the spa which was quite good. There is free chocolate down at the lobby in the afternoon which my daughter loved. Staff are incredible, they are so kind and hospitable. They made the experience really good from check in to check out.

I thought the buffet breakfast was average. Too many Korean and other international offerings with very little Filipino breakfast favourites. I don’t think there’s a need to cater to the common demographic visiting the property, instead showcase Filipino cuisine.

The hotel service was excellent. All staff were always smiling and helping. Front manager Jerry was perfect, resolving all issues and making you love the hotel. Lestor made our days staring from the breakfast. Food was great, so we eat too much. We took 2 bedroom family room and it was very comfortable and just renovated.

The territory and the beach area were comfortable but quite small for us. If you consider this hotel as boutique it can be fine. Also the beach is located in the harbor, sometimes it is noisy from the nearby boats.

Warmth hospitality by staff every where we go! Shoutout to Anna from Spa who did my nails. She was very professional and looked after me with utmost care.

We had some issues with the telephone. Sometimes when we call front desk they cannot hear us and they have to call us back. Also, some issues with wifi connection at the breakfast buffet. Maybe need to look at getting a stronger wifi connection so guest can still check emails during breakfast.

We loved the apartment, the buffet breakfast was outstanding. so much variety and very tasty as well as beautifully presented. The staff were all incredible. Friendliest people on the planet. The gym was also incredible, treadmills and equipment was excellent. The beach front was also lovely.

the weather, unfortunately we couldn't control that. very windy. The hotel was also very quiet. Not many guests or other kids for our own kids to play with or us to socialise with. would be great if you travelled with other families as had place to yourself but we would have liked some more guests there.

The food was delicious and the staff were very lovely, especially Sheena. We also got a free upgrade to one of the refurbished suites which was very nice of them.

The travel office in the hotel was not helpful unless it was one of their own tours. They told us things weren't possible (only what was available in their booklet) but when we left the hotel, right outside there were plenty of independent boats willing to take us where we wanted
