Hotel is situated near by lake, with private beach - it is important at Garda coast.Garage for cars. Breakfast good, big variety of dishes. Staff very kind and helpful.Fro people who like long walks, swimming every morning in pool.To Malcesine 30minutes walk (about 2,5 km), Spar market is close , and 3 restaurants also.

Small bathroom- problem with space to open doors. Some dirt under bed, no kettle in room, no glasses .Very noisy, you could hear neighbours, cleaning staff staredt from 8 am , so you could not sleep, also no circulation in room, if you opened window noise from the street during all day.

Lovely little hotel, a very good price for such a clean and tidy hotel in a great location! The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful and even made us a packed lunch when we left on the Saturday as our flight was before their breakfast opened. The location was perfect in the most beautiful quiet location, there is a bus that takes you into town but we enjoyed the 30min walk along the beautiful lake with plenty of bars to stop at along the way! Food was delicious and I found it easy to eat in their restaurant with a gluten allergy, and for breakfast they provided me with gluten free bread and cereals. As me and my partner only use a hotel as a base to sleep as we're out and about all day we went for this one as it was cheaper compared to other hotels in the area so didn't expect much but we were very very pleased with how clean and lovely it was and the friendliness of all the staff! 10/10 we'd love to come back here! 🙂 Also definitely go for a Lakeview balcony room if you can as the views are amazing!

Amazing and helpfully staff across the whole facility. Location is absolutely fantastic, we also were given an opportunity of a free upgrade to a lake view, not to mention that we were also allowed to stay a bit longer on a check out day. If I get an opportunity to visit Malcesine again this hotel will be and remain a top of the top on our vacation list. Thank you to everyone for making it such a pleasure ❤️

Location, helpful staff, bus stop outside to get into town, specialist sailing school facilities but would need to book those separately well in advance.

No bike hire available on site, had to go into town to hire bikes, would have been perfect otherwise.

Wish all the hotels could be like this - where ever I go :). The location is reachable also by public transport (shuttle bus from Malcesine) and the hotel beach is 50 m from your window - Val Di Sogno! The breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful - could not be better. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!

Great location, right by the lake, 20 min walk to centre of Malcesine. Nice swimming pool. Friendly and attentive staff. Would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Excellent location. Food was really good. Staff friendly. Views of lake Garda are superb. Getting a lake view is a must, if you come here.
