My husband cannot stop raving about this place! We travelled to 5 different hotels & Riads in Morocco and this is by far his favorite. The breakfast was delicious, had a great presentation and the staff was very helpful. The ladies at the front desk were all so lovely and nice. They greeted us everyday with a smile.

The parking is tight, if you are not a seasoned driver, please just park in the street. The AC is locked at a low of 20 degrees C. For us that we are not used to the humidity, we were sweating during the day in the room.

I had an amazing holiday in Morocco.Everyone I so kind,respectful, welcoming.I loved my stay at the hotel , Everything was perfect . The most important part was the staff.They are highly professional,extremely hard-working people,dedicated,loving and caring.I loved them so much.I had an amazing week and I didn’t want to leave.But I had to return to work in London,and hopefully,I will be back more often for holidays In Morocco. My three girlfriends and I recently spent a few nights at this hotel, and we can all agree that our stay was exceptional, mainly due to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk team. They were not only professional but genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping team made sure our rooms were spotless every day, with attention to the little details, like extra towels and perfectly arranged rooms. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, ensuring our breakfasts were always a treat, served with smiles and quick attention. One thing that stood out to us as a group was how welcoming and polite the doormen and security staff were. They always greeted us with warmth, making us feel safe and well looked after. Their professionalism added to the overall sense of hospitality. In addition to the friendly staff, the hotel’s salon and hammam were absolute highlights. The salon services left us feeling refreshed and pampered, while the hammam was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Together with the exceptional service from the entire team, this made our getaway unforgettable. In short, while the hotel’s amenities were fantastic, it was the staff, from reception to security, that made our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great suite. The bed was really comfortable, the shower hot and the lounge was a great size with a large seating area and a tv that had streaming and UK channels. The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was good (buffet). I couldn’t fault anything. Location - it is a 25 minute walk to the old town along the seafront which was ok for us. There were restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, our favourite was La Canada de Tanger. We also used the hop on hop off bus from the port (2 tours city and costal 48 hr ticket cost 130 dirham each)

Nothing everything was great. Just a note although there is a kitchen area it is only tea/coffee and fridge which was fine.

Maha, malak, morad and all cleaners and in the restaurent bar the staff were fantastic ecen the the security were so helpfull to us , i cant fault this stay , everyone was so helpfull and kind , they even let us stay 2hrs more on last day, and maha even given my wife a gift , they were so nice to us

Nice suite, clean, spacious and comfortable The staff at breakfast were great. They were helpful and good fun to chat to. The location was fine if you didn't mind walking a bit and it was convenient for the station.

We had a terrible second night thanks to a noisy party in the room above. I complained to the people making the noise but they kept on. I complained to the hotel staff at 4.00 am and they didn't try and stop the noisy guests they just offered me a different room but I didn't want to move at that time of night for just one additional night. Thankfully the noisy guests left the next day.

What I like the most about this property yes that it is a big apartment. It’s not small it has a very big living room very big room and also very big bathroom.  I will include in this comment some pictures for you to have a look trust me the space it’s really great and also the location. I can tell you that it is one of the best locations to stay right next to the sea. you’re right next to the mall and there is lots of bars and restaurants around you, this is definitely not going to be my last time. I will always come to this hotel whenever I come to Tangier. I would like to thank specially Mr Yusuf and Miss Qoula  for the professional and amazing customer service Honestly, they are the most helpful and also the rest of the team who are working around the clock to give you. The best experience in the hotel from the management to the room. Service is something that I have not seen even in five star hotels  the breakfast is also delicious and they have also fresh juice. And again I will say fresh juice not from the packs, trust me you will never go wrong. I’m leaving this review for you guys to read. I am a traveller I travel around the world and again Mr Yousof and the theme of the hotel. Thank you again.

Everything was great.

The location was great, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good to start the day, with a little view on the beach.

The surroundings are a bit noisy at night, but it was fine with earplugs.

I had an amazing stay at SBN Suite Hotel The location is unbeatable—you step out of the hotel and you’re right on the boulevard, perfect for a stroll by the water. The staff was incredibly attentive, taking care of everything, including valet parking and retrieving my car whenever I needed it. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and location!

The hotel is half way between the old town and the new shopping centre/train station Its very clean and the hotel staff were all amazing Breakfast in continental style and there was plenty of choice One of the group had a fresh omelette made which looked amazing The rooms were tidy and more importantly, the showers were great
