The room looks exactly as at the photos, perfectly clean. Cleaning may not be performed every day, but a change of towels and hygienic kit is provided daily. Good sound insulation, no noise from trains heard. Light and air conditioning are switched on/off from a control panel by the bed. A microwave, an ice maker and some vending machines are at the first floor. Groceries, eateries, bus stop and train/metro station are at a short walking distance. Convenient luggage storage system. The staff are example of Japanese professionalism and hospitality, had no problems with communicating in English with them.

The hotel was perfect, clean, and in a lovely location. They did have some work going on outside but they didn't start too early so didn't affect me. The hotel staff is always excellent, and very helpful. They're always so kind and willing to help 24/7. 100% on cleanliness. This is a magnificent place.

The breakfast isn't inside the hotel itself. It's close. But something to take note of. The food was only an option of 3 (sandwich, hot dog, and another type of hotdog) then you get to choose a type of soup. Then you get to choose your drink. Please don't think this is a negative - it's just something to take note of. Tasty, but it's quite limited.

The rooms are the typical size for a Japanese business hotel, and the “system bathroom” is compact but comfortable and has everything you need. The showers are great and have strong water pressure, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s a solid choice for budget travelers looking for convenience and value.

The heat is turned on in the hotel. No option to turn the air conditioner (cooler) on. Even with the heater set to 16°it was still too warm. Just because it's October doesn't mean there are warm days outside.

Everything I needed to relax and recover from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo was in this room! The location is a ~30min train ride to the centre. I booked a single bed room, but I would say it was actually a small double bed which I was happy to discover. Maybe it’s called a single room because it’s for one person only. Great quality mattress and bedding - the pillows were a bit different to European norms but this wasn’t an issue. The hotel even provided a yukata dressing gown for use which was cool. The room had a kettle, fridge, hair dryer, and a bunch of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There were quite a few restaurants nearby, and a 7 Eleven right next to the hotel. It was a very comfortable stay.

Super nice and economic room. Pretty compact but very nice for our stay. The bathroom was great, compact but with bathtub and shower. Perfect for a cheap stay when you just need a place to sleep. There was also a laundromat in the first floor and a 7/11 in the next building. Super close to the subway. The staff was super helpful.

The location is great but it is around 45-60 mins subway ride to the city centre. The room is small, so not a great pick if you’re planning to spend a lot a time in the room. We got new towels every day which was a bit too often for us.

Loved everything about our stay! The staff were incredible, helped us fill out our forms to send luggage to next hotel. There is a 7/11 literally around the corner and even a small snack and drinks self checkout shop in the lobby. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the quietness away from bustling city. Longest train was maybe 45 minutes from Harry Potter Warner Bros studios (which I highly recommend btw!) and even then the local train station is only a 3 minute walk away. It’s nice to come back from crowds of people to a quiet homely home away from home. Couldn’t recommend this place enough we would stay here a million times over 🤍🤍

Super convenient location within 5 min walk to Ayase station and the Chiyoda line. The room was really nice, bed and pillows were very comfortable, clearly very high standards for their rooms. Staff was very friendly as well. There's a self-service snack stall on the 1st floor but also 7-Eleven is right next door.

They're required to clean the rooms every 3 days so it's a little inconvenient if you're working during the day and need to find an alternative location or plan. This isn't specific to this hotel as I've seen this notice elsewhere too. The calendar they provide on the door is very clear and helpful to know when this will happen. Just a heads up for those who are working.

It was so close to the station. 3 minutes walk, and the stations right there. There's also a shop near by open 24hours, so never need to worry about food. They also had a shop inside the hotel, I think that was card only, I could be wrong, I didn't use it. But if you can only use cash, there's the shop close by. Staff were friendly. Super clean.

The upside is it was next to the station, but that does mean you can hear the trains going by, when they start operating. But it never bothered me too much. It won't stop me from going back there again.

My room was clean and frequently cleaned. The staff was super friendly and cooperative and always ready to help me with almost anything the price of my room for 2 weeks was great the fact that it was close to combini and public transport was also great

At first when I came there I had a booked a smoking room cause I thought It would have a balcony but it did not and the room smelled like smoke when I entered so I immediately called them about it and at the time they were fully booked and couldn't change rooms for me but the moment something came available a few days later I could switch after they cleaned it for me ofcourse. So they turned my frown upside down I guess hahahha. Another thing I didn't like is 2 weeks was 2 short I wish I could stay there indefinitely
