Everything was amazing. We had a family reunion and the entire staff, front desk, outstanding breakfast. My heart ❤️ is full from all the Love from this location. We love the Carolina's, the south but most of all Holiday Inn for outstanding service, accommodating every individual need! They all deserve a RAISE IN SALARY!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Only thing for safety and security reasons. Please park the Shuttle Bus away from the front door when empty. Quite difficult for vehicles to pickup individuals staying at the hotel. Again, small detail in comparison to the GOOD!

Proximity to airport is great. Check in was easy and though one female check in person was somewhat rude, the other gentleman was quite kind and helpful. They were clearly stressed because of a slew of recent check-ins because of significant flight cancellations that day.

The option to have a shuttle to the airport is wonderful. That being said, shuttle driver was very rude and insisted on receiving a cash tip. When explained that we were sorry but did not have cash on us he scolded us and said we should have it to give him next time. Needless to say, he did not help us with any baggage. It was not a nice experience.

Great location near the airport. The roads are a little confusing to get to the airport to keep your eyes open when driving there. A shuttle is available! Staff friendly. Breakfast had a lot of good choices and a 24 hour coffee maker available and the coffee was excellent. Gotta try the cinnamon rolls. And excellent pillows!

Minor point: on arrival there were sunflower seeds on the elevator floor. The next day the same seeds were still there. Any staffer could have easily swept them up.

Best value near RDU. The property was clean and smelled clean too. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. I checked in almost midnight and it was no problem. The front desk was very efficient even at that time of night. It was quiet. I got good rest before my long drive home after flying across the country. It felt safe and secure. I have a special shout out to the front desk clerk Caneisha.

had a super early flight so I didn't get breakfast but the room was stellar. SO clean! It had a wonderful fresh smell, not a disinfectant smell. The Shower was super clean and the water pressure was fab. Love that extra thick shower mat, and the pump dispensers in the shower instead of bar soap & shampoo/conditioner bottles. The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable, & the linens were So soft & cushy...the coffee was surprisingly tasty & very welcome at 4:30 am! The day was humid & very hot so that A/C felt fantastic! Parking was a tad full due to construction work but you could still find a light to park near. The best part was check in with Mandie, who was super helpful and ever so friendly, smiling & polite. Easy morning check out. Very close to RDU , but a little construction also at the entry road, so be careful. Thanks much!

I really liked the staff and the comfort of our bed and pillows. The hotel provided an airport shuttle service, which is awesome, and both drivers were exceptional. I also liked the complimentary hot breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I could hear the noises coming from the two adjoining rooms.

Very clean, huge cozy bed, organized staff, airport shuttles worked great, good breakfast and decent coffee (hard to find!), etc. I’ve stayed at a variety of airport hotels near RDU, and this one will bookmark to come back! Thank you for a great stay.

Bathroom fan needs to be added. Fridge noise was a bit loud, may need repair?

The service re the shuttle was terrible. I waited 45 minutes for the HI Express shuttle only to be told that it said Hampton Inn on the outside. The motel did not tell me that little detail. One that DID say HI Exp DID come by and said that it did NOT go to the HI Express even though it was printed on the van! What a mess. It took me 90 minutes to get to the hotel. Meanwhile, the lady at the desk, Lauren, was great. The van driver was NOT. Grrrrrr

Very accommodating. We called for a shuttle when we got off the plane. The shuttle was very fast. Unfortunately there was a quick power outage when we got there due to the storm but once everything was all set the check in process was very quick. They greet you with lemon water upon arrival which was great.

Always a comfortable and relaxing hotel. We like the proximity to airport and the very comfortable mattress and pillows in the king rooms. Free breakfast is excellent for a bargain priced hotel.
