The room was clean

The advertisement said “breakfast included”, then the day of (when it was too late to cancel) I received a message stating that breakfast was a bagel bar 🥯🤨 Also, they advertised 3 pm check-in, and 11 am check-out. That turned into a 4pm check-in, and 10 am checkout. 😞 I felt robbed.

Very clean, bright comfortable room. Good breakfast. Definitely pick 2nd floor if you have a choice.

The location was great, very close to everything Mystic has to offer. Room was very clean, spacious, and well designed, lots of towels, soap, and shampoo. All of the staff were very friendly. Easy access from parking lot. Tasty breakfast and good coffee, too.

We couldn’t connect to wifi upon arrival. The front desk informed us that we had to call the company you use to troubleshoot the problem which took more than half an hour. The company finally gave us a promo code to use. Using the passcode, we finally got on. The other negative was loud footsteps and noise when the guest above our room arrived after 11pm.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early. Breakfast bagel bar was enough. Bed was comfortable once I removed the waterproof protector (kept on the other mattress protector). I love the Hilton Zero toiletries.

I purposely booked this hotel as it had a pool. It was not made explicitly clear that the pool closed after Labor Day (website only states "outdoor seasonal pool"). As the pool area was closed, there wasn't even an outdoor area to sit as all the chairs and lounges were by the pool. I personally hate the waterproof matress protectors fitted to Hilton beds - they make me sweat.

The rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast had long hours and a lot of different choices including fresh bagels and oat milk The location was very close to village and aquarium, and near downtown and Seaport Museum

The pillows were way too soft for me. It appeared that cleaning stuff left a coffee spill.stain in the bathtub on our second day.The sink being outside of the bathroom was a little less convenient.

Excellent find! Great value - clean, seems very recently renovated / opened. Rooms smelled great and were clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure and loved the shampoo/conditioner/products provided for use. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well. Cute breakfast selection (bagels and cereals/yogurts with juice, tea, coffee, water) - just what I needed! Stairways were even clean, well-lit and I felt very safe!

Honestly I didn't dislike anything. I have no complaints!

Location is a little tricky to get there from the casino especially at night off the main road. But once you’re there it’s great. First thing the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was just coffee and bagels, juice, apples, and Cheerio. Also the 24 hour coffee bar was nice.

If some kind of protein was added to the breakfast like hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs and bacon it would have been good.

What can I say about this place! I absolutely loved the rooms (my aunt stayed in a separate room with 1 bed) they were very updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, "ALMOST" directly across from Mystic Village. And the positive vibes I got just from checking in were wonderful and the front staff was great!! I like this hotel (the pricing cannot even compare to the $300-400.00 hotel prices in the area. In fact I loved it so much, I just booked again to spend thanksgiving with my family !!!

i wasn't made aware of the $25.00 holding fee that put on your card. I didn't matter but then you have to wait 2-3 business days to get it back. Everything else was perfect

We stayed on the 1st floor(main level). The complementary bagels were fresh, coffee was good. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. There was a soap dispenser.

The bathroom looked clean but had a weird odor. We kept the door closed & the fan on. The elevator was broken. We had to take the stairs to the complimentary breakfast room.

Breakfast bar exactly as advertised, room was great very clean, staff was so helpful with a small issue we had Checkin and check out very easy

Tv not working, they came within 5 minutes and offered to replace or change room, we opted to change room and they were so great and helpful, made a great lunch suggestion.
