I always expect a nice hotel when it's a Hilton but the Mystic Hilton is so family friendly and was perfectly situated for our planned activities. Minutes from the Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Village. luxury movie theater, and historic/tourist attractions we were able to make ourselves at home without having to spend time "learning the area". The hotel offered free family friendly move nights at the pool, complimentary toys in a treasure chest, and the kindest staff that made my daughter feel like a VIP. Would 100% stay here again.

I always like a free breakfast but in room amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee station) and free coffee made up for it.

The front desk staff was excellent and very attentive to requests. The room was very clean.

The bathroom was missing the shampoo and conditioner bottles. I needed to call the front desk. The shampoo was delivered in record time. Problem resolved! Room service is a little too pricey. It was late August so it was very hot so all of the compressors; mini-fridge, a/c and even a hidden loud hum from the shared bathroom wall. Glad I had earplugs.

The room was good. I had booked a room with the jacuzzi but when we checked in, it was not available. They took some money off the price and gave a voucher for breakfast. Pillows are too soft. The breakfast was good. The staff was very busy. They could have used one more person to help out. The location was great. In walking distance to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village.

The Location couldn't be beat, and the outdoor patio/fire pit area is a great bonus.

The Pool was very small, didn't seem very clean - it was a disappointment for such a large 'family centered' hotel. The kid activities also took place in the pool... such as movie night. Which was a fail. You couldn't hear the movie, or see it, as it was played on a wall near the ceiling, and the pool was still being used.

The location is very convenient to attractions I wanted to see. Very close to downtown. Staff was very friendly. Love the atmosphere of the outdoor dining area.

The breakfast buffet area could’ve been cleaner. There was pieces of toast and bagel that someone left near the toaster. The price was too high for a room. I wanted to stay two nights; but the rate made it not doable.

Food / drinks were good. Location was walking distance to aquarium (for young children) , old mystic village, and a short drive away from downtown mystic - full of wonderful shops, eateries, ice cream, and right on the river - beautiful

The air conditioning unit in our room was VERY loud. I went to the gym 2 days in a row and the fridge was never stocked with any beverages and there were no cups for the water dispenser. No available sink or hand sanitizer to wash after workout so I used the restroom next door and had nothing to dry with.

Plenty parking, spacious rooms and halls, very nice outside patio seating area..

Creepy walls decorations..Had bad vibes from it.. My 11 y old son got scared of pictures on the walls, I even had to put a towel over it...Same with TV program selections in the restaurant/bar, misterious killings investigation...I'd rather see sports channel, or any other show, but not what was playing..

The location is beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

not necessarily to do with the property, however the housekeeper opened our door three hours before check out after we responded and said there were people in the room. We were on vacation and naturally sleeping so it’s a little jarring to have someone knocking on the door, followed by an opening. absolutely understand that they were just doing their job..

The staff was super friendly. We loved the pool and gym. The location can't be beat - we can walk to the Mystic Village and Aquarium directly across the street and it's just a short drive to the Mystic Seaport and downtown Mystic shops and dining. Easy access to the highway.

We have an EV car. The EV charger located across the street at the Mystic Aquarium has been non-functional for quite a while and there are no close places available to the public for charging. I would love to see EV chargers added to this location, both Tesla and a J1772.

This property was very nice and well kept! lots of great areas to hang out and relax. Fire-pit area was fantastic!

Breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was not fresh and everything was cold. our service was pleasant and our waitress was very nice. The Hilton should work to make their breakfast up to the level of the rest of the hotel.
