Restaurant problems are recurring Lots of zeal in the service to end up forgetting us at the table Lots of time for the dessert menu and the bill, I had to go get it No one in the room anymore, behind us we hear the laughter, the discussions but no one in the room It's a shame because it was quite expensive. Always the same problems about the service in the restaurant A lot of staff but no one for the service when you need them

The hotel itself had everything what you can wait from a 5 star hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was really good and full of choices. 😊

The only negative thing in our stay was the warmtht of the pool and jaguzzi water. Especially the jaguzzi water was really cold and hope the management takes measures towards this matter which is really important for the reputation of the hotel. We told about this matter to the worker at the spa but nothing changed. Otherwise our stay was perfect. 😊

Great breakfast,big bed and spacious room.

Due to a problem in the spa the pool and the jacuzzi where closed. We stayed one night and that was the main reason we visited the hotel, the spa. Next morning the problem was fixed but we had to check out. We were offered late check out at 3pm but did not fit to our schedule. It would be greater if they could just notice us previously, before our check in, so we could maybe have replanned our visit.

The breakfast spread was delicious, the spa facilities were rejuvenating, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Additionally, the staff members were attentive and friendly, the casino added an extra layer of excitement, and the cleanliness of both the facilities and the rooms was impeccable. The temperature of the Spa area was not the appropriate and the pool with the jacuzzi were a little bit cold. The location of the hotel is indifferent.

The best hotel in Gevgelija! Very clean rooms, very kind people/staff working there! They have also help us, because our son was sick and they gave us an option that we have check out 2 hours later and forr free with no additional charge. There is also the restaurant in the hotel with delicious food! We stay in this hotel every year when we travel to Greece. We stopped here for 1 or 2 nights.

This is the perfect place! A very luxury hotel, with a wonderful spa, restaurant, clean and very comfortable room with an extra large bed. The breakfast was excellent. We decided for the second time to spend our wedding anniversary in this hotel and we will definitely go again. I can only recommend this hotel.

The water temperature in the jacuzzi should have been a little higher.

Amazing Breakfast, Free Parking, organised transport. The Sauna is nice, The Pool is quiet big, Steam Bath is so and so, Pool and Jakuzzi temperature could be better but not too bad.

Pretty cold in the hall of the Pool and the passage from the Pool to the Sauna area, also temperature of the pool and jakuzzi could be better.
