I really like this location! It’s close enough to the AFB (why I’m here visiting my son) & for shopping at stores like Target, Walmart, Walgreen’s to help with getting almost anything you need or may have forgotten🙄 Big + is Penneys diner which is open 24/7 & has some really good “home style” selections (waffles, French toast, hamburgers & banana bread😋) The staff were also very friendly, helpful & accomodating🫶🏻😎

Not much other than you couldn’t get into the motel thru the lodging exit at the opposite of the facility after hours or later at night. Oh & their workout area was ok but there is no pool, sauna or jacuzzi.

Very clean, older hotel but was taken care of. Very Quiet area

Upon arrival there was confusion where to go check in. Understanding they did have a fire in the diner the week before. We had reserved a room with two beds but we're only a room with one bed and a roll a way. However, and it was time for the roll away they were already taken. I do feel the desk clerk went out of his way to try to make us happy. Even offered as a separate room at NO extra charge But we did not want to stay in separate rooms. I did ask for extra bedding and pillow and it was brought to me very quickly .

The room was adequate. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in is at the diner across the parking lot and they were friendly and helpful. The diner is fabulous. Good food, good vibe, great waitstaff. Good coffee.

It was terribly noisy on both the first and second floors. We were on the first floor and could hear someone walking heavily overhead. People on the first floor were talking in the hallway loudly and it did not get quiet until after 2AM.

Room was clean and everything worked: water, fridge, etc. No lights burned out.

Hair dryer had a dirty filter and a long hair on it, drawer in table between beds was dirty and had all sorts of grit and stains in it.

There wasn’t any breakfast, but there is a nice little restaurant where you check in at that has really good food. The restaurant is open 24 hours, with excellent service and staff. Plus the hotel is right across the street from the mall.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Cheyenne, WY Travel Lodge. The staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They made our stay great!

A minor issue was immediately addressed. Staff was very friendly and professional. Penny's Diner had great food and service, conveniently next door.

When not at home, I have trouble sleeping, but this was as good as to be expectedfor visiting.

I wanted to change rooms and the clerk was very accommodating and understanding. Was very quiet location close to mall and restaurants.

Would of liked a coffee pot, but not necessary.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was quiet until the people above me got up at about 3 am.

The location is a long way from the interstate.

Did not have office for checking nor offer breakfast but the diner for checking and breakfast was good. Food was good and service was great. Loved being able to bring my pets for free.

Price was more than I prefer to pay but it was not too bad.
