The staff was extremely polite and helpful. When I told the manager that my air conditioner died during the night and I had to sleep in a hot room. He apologized and credit my account for $25.00 for the inconvenience. I also forgot my baby's blanket and the same manager packed it up and delivered it to the UPS store to come back to me. He went above and beyond and I appreciate that.

There was nothing I didn't like except for the a/c not working the final night.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

I couldn't close my drapes all the way. So the lights of the parking lot came through the window. You can see in the pictures, that all there is on most of the window is shears. The drapes only cover a small portion of the edges of the window. You can see the short track the drapes have if you zoom in. I happen to have a few large binder clips, to at least bring the drapes together from about halfway down to the bottom. Otherwise people would have been able to see into my first floor room.

Staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful in telling me where stores, restaurants, etc were located.

Humidity in the building was not well controlled. This made it difficult for swim suit and swim shirt to dry, and also made the room muggy.

The breakfast was good. Lots of options. I did not care for the link sausage at all. It did not have a good taste. The orange juice tasted liked it had artificial sweetener in it. I seem to be able to detect it real easily.

Night stand and phone had to be wiped down by us. Something was spilled on the night stand.

In a summer when prices are skyrocketing at every level, this was a good find. A reasonable price, a clean, well-appointed room and a friendly staff.

PTAC air-conditioners are not my favorite, but compared to a central system, they are affordable and easier to maintain or switch out. Hint: adjust to what you like, but don't look at the numbers. Built-in thermostats are notoriously unreliable.

Room had a slight smell when you first entered door. Refrigerator had a frozen block of ice in it.

Perfect location for my travel needs. Very good value compared to other hotels in that area. I have stayed there many times and it always meets my needs.

Security isn’t great. Side doors do not lock at night.
