Excellent location - despite being under the flight path! Close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and bakeries. Walking distance to downtown. Spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable room. Lovely common areas outside and in. Quiet at night. Attentive staff. Good food and generous portions at the convenient, comfortable restaurant - right next door.

The price of the bar items to purchase in the room! The condition of our room door was definitely not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. It didn’t affect our stay but, it created a negative first impression and should be replaced.

Location in North Adelaide was great, cleaning was good and the hotel and facilities were well presented. It was fantastic to have an onsite restaurant next door to the hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails! Also a lovely park across the road and the Wellington Hotel pub 150m from the hotel for drinks and dinners! O'Connell street is 150m walk from the hotel with lots of restaurants, shops and pubs

the wifi signal was poor throughout the apartment and bedroom area, plus it was very difficult to get connected to the wifi and login with the username/password provided by the hotel. We had to use our own personal hotspot quite a few times during our stay because we could not connect to the wifi. there is a lovely bath in the apartment, but all the amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, soap etc) are all in pump bottles and mounted to the bathroom wall and shower wall - so there are no amenities for using in the bath :-)

The location is great just off O’Connell St with lots of bars and places to eat, we walked into Adelaide multiple times and up to Prospect St another food and bar strip. The apartments are beautiful styled (apart from the very uncomfortable sofas!) with all you need for a week. We originally had an apartment on level 3 at the rear of the building which was quite miserable as it had no view and was dark along with a dog that barked all night! Luckily the wonderful duty manager Avery moved us to the 5th floor at the front of the building which was bright and offered glorious views. There are plenty of lounge spaces around the hotel, in the different floors as well as downstairs making it good if multiple groups of friend are staying, you can meet up outside of the apartments.

They need to make it abundantly clear they DO NOT have a bbq for use in their BBQ area, despite it being mentioned on the website and room compendiums. We had booked multiple apartments for hockey families knowing we would have a group bbq one night….luckily Avery eventually managed to allow this and it was a lovely evening. Not sure why they can’t just reposition the bbq they already have to the back wall which totally solved any smoke issue they were concerned about. It’s a shame to have such a beautiful courtyard entertainment area and not be able to do anything out there! Other than that and the uncomfortable sofas it was all great!

We only visited breakfast cafe x 1(Cottage kitchen x 1) -very expensive, but lovely food. Luv the Majestic but the room we were allocated was disappointing, especially staying for a week. Daily room service was limited, due to Public Holidays and we were not reimbursed.

We stayed at Majestic two years ago and had an amazing experience, so we chose to stay for a week this visit to Adelaide, visiting family for Christmas. However, after driving 8 hrs, we were allocated a room on the ground floor room. Suitable for a 2-night stay but not a week. It was small, dark, and mosquitos were an issue (??due to the drain in small, poorly equipped outdoor area). We visited reception to request an upper level suite, and despite being told it was not busy, our requests were declined. We love the area and had an amazing experience last time. Sadly we were disappointed this time and also gave feedback to reception staff on our departure.

The sound proofing was amazing so there was next to no noise for other guests or outside. The kitchen was well laid out with all the appliances I needed including the washer/dryer. I recommend the cafe ‘Fare and Square’ for breakfast but there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is a bus stop around the corner but the buses are 30 minutes apart and were regularly late. It was quicker and more convenient to ride our bikes or get a taxi to the city.

Loved the 1 bedroom suite! Loved the space, decor, & couch. Table & chairs were convenient. Was able to link Netflix & IView on the smart TV. Kitchen well appointed. Easy walk to O'Connell's St. Bakery around the corner amazing! Comfortable bed. Many different pillows to choose from. Spotlessly clean. Loved the full size fridge. Should you want, there's great quality wine & treats that can be added to your bill.

Staff were pleasant, however, I think could greet with a smile, & need to do eye to eye contact when talking to people

Very modern, clean, rooms were huge with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, a large balcony, TVs in the lounge and bedroom, large bathtub and separate shower. Very comfortable and luxurious. The rooms were serviced daily. I liked the location, a little bit out of town though which I didn’t mind but might is a consideration.

I had a bad experience getting my $150 bond refunded. The staff said it should have happened automatically when I checked out, but I never got it back. I’m currently in contact with my bank and Majestic M management still awaiting the refund processing after several weeks.

Very modern and well-located with lots of on-street parking. Room was really big and well-equipped. Generally a very pretty building and street presence, feels quiet and calm inside.

The lighting in the rooms/lobby was very bright and stark. Would’ve liked more ambient/warmer lighting, especially the reading lights above the bed and in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit awkward to access through the long corridor, but all the rooms were spacious and well laid out, so it’s a compromise that makes sense. Cushions and the fabric furniture felt a bit worn out and grubby/had a bit of an odour—just the nature of fabric fixtures in a hotel room.

This was our second stay at Majestic M in Adelaide. It is roomy, comfortable and a great location for being close to the city with the free bus nearby but not too close to the busy city centre.

Other guests were inconsiderate and noisy. On the first night of our stay, the young girls next door returned in the early morning and woke us up with their noise. On the next morning, we were disturbed by the noise of raised voices, swearing and door slamming by the guests directly below us. We realise that Majestic M has no control over guest behaviour but it certainly detracted from our experience this stay.

Well located in North Adelaide- close to local restaurants and coffee shops m etc. hotel is beautifully appointed- very modern. We had two types of rooms during our stay. The two bed room apartment which has a beautiful main bathroom and the main bedroom has an ensuite. All appliances worked well - eg washing machine, dish washer etc etc. the property is a 10 minute walk from the private hospital and also the free metro bus stops a 3 minute walk away . The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel also included a very comprehensive guide I the room for how to operate the facilities!

I stayed at the property for approx 10 days as my son was having surgery at the private hospital- 10 min walk away. My only issue is that there is very limited storage space in the lovely kitchen - this makes storing groceries difficult as cupboards are very high. The icing on the cake would be a swimming pool as the hotel does not have one although there is an aquatic centre approx 20 minute walk away.
