The best part of this hotel was the sound isolation (so often lacking in hotels). The bedroom is it's own room in the middle of the layout so even when there was some kind of noisy nightclub outside that I could hear from the living space, the bedroom was super quiet. There are frosted windows between the bedroom and living room so there's still some natural light which is nice. The AC was good, and not too loud either. The location is great for attending the Adelaide Convention Centre - it's right across the road. There are also plenty of lively pubs and restaurants within very easy walking distance.
The wifi was super slow and frustrating. Also... who puts bright blueish-white LED light globes in the bedside lamps?? The last thing you want when going to bed is a bright blueish light in your face. Swap the globes with warm-white please!

Fabulous location, very comfortable well appointed rooms The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing simple meals The bed was very comfortable
We had a nice stay , so I don’t want comments here to imply otherwise , but there were a few things we would have liked If management is reading this -: How about some detergent for washing dishes : using the dishwasher for just a few plates seemed overkill A more welcoming reception and foyer area : there is plenty of space , but at present it is quite uninviting A card system that works reliably works in the lifts : everyday we watched people get stuck , unable to enter their destination in the lift The cards now need to be reprocessed often as they don’t take / or hold the data that allows them to work

The view from 14th floor. Having more space than a hotel room. Separate bedroom was perfect so my partner could stay up late to watch the cricket final without disturbing me. Being able to prepare food and drink.
We were initially on the 5th floor and the room was tired and needed some refurbishment. Due to contractors using power tools next door we asked to be moved to a higher floor and the difference in the furnishings was very noticeable. Staff did not help with luggage and we struggled ourselves only to find they had trollies they could have offered us.

The room was very spacious and well appointed with full cooking facilities. The location is excellent, right next to the train station and it's easy to walk around the town centre. There is a cafe right downstairs and a convenience store a block away, so it was easy to get supplies and coffee. Staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance.
The swipe card reader in the lift was rather unreliable and sometimes didn't read my card. Wifi was slow at times and froze a few times when I was on video calls.

The rooms were lovely. While staying over the week having used two different rooms due to going away in the middle of our stay in Adelaide. Seeing the different rooms and what we didn't have in the first room compared to what we had in the 2nd room for example no dishwashing powder or liquid. Cleaner did put the dishes in the dish washer but when we took them out they were just as dirty and also only having one piece of paper towel to wipe down the bench instead of a chux or dish cloth.
The loud entertainment noise happening in Hindley Street on the weekend we could hear on the 15th floor until 5am not a very good sleep. Read above re dish cloth and dish washer.

Location was great - a short walk to the Mall and shops / restaurants. Very close to the casino, the Adelaide Oval, Festival Hall. Tram out front with easy reach to gardens, zoo, galleries, museums and the Entertaintainment Centre. We had a hire car for 2 nights of our longer stay and they accommodation the car park. Bed was comfortable.
We had other families staying in other apartments and visited the 1 bedroom apartment. The 1 bedroom has a much larger kitchen area and lounge area than the 2 bedroom which is a little perplexing. We really struggled with such a tiny kitchen area for a family of 4. Also the pool was freezing!

We reserved a deluxe 1Br apt & on the confirmation there were pictures of what we were to expect. We arrived late on the 1st night. yes we had a nice 1 br, yes there was a balcony but 10ft from the balcony was vertical bars & a view into a parking garage. absolutely no daylight was reaching this unit. We put up with a 2nd night but on the 3rd day after i reviewed our reservation I had to speak with the reception. There was nothing on the reservation about “no view”, only deluxe 1br. This is the 2nd time that a reservation thru Booking.com did not deliver what we thought we’d be getting. Last time it was only a 1 night stay & the room was small but the place was fine. This stay was 5 nights & it was too depressing-dreary decor looking a little tired. Long story short the reception kindly moved us & even though it was just for 2 nights we were so pleased with the change. Bright, much more pleasing view, fresher looking decor. Now for the all the good things—we found it an excellent location for everything we wanted to do, tram just across the street, could walk to various sites for taking in some of the Fringe Entertainment. Rundel St & the Mall minutes away, the Market. A Huge casino is minutes walk & so is the Adelaide Oval. Very pretty down by the River @ night. The tram out to Glenelg Beach is right across the street & so is the Rail station close by. Oh & also there is also a very good indoor lap pool & a good hot tub, exercise room on same level 3.

The location was very central to Adelaide. Only a few minutes walk to Rundle Mall and a short stroll to the Adelaide Oval. The apartment was clean, neat and tidy and to our expectations. We had a concern about an appliance and when it was raised with the reception staff they very quickly found a solution. We very much valued that the was carparking directly under the building. Will we recommend this establishment to family and friends? It is a simple yes!
Nothing really as the accommodation was as we had hoped.

Excellent location overlooking the convention centre where we attended the whole weekend, made an excellent base from which to head out into the city. Comfy room with lots of space for our gear, a balcony for fresh air, and a bathroom with two doors.
The keycard system to the lift was difficult and unreliable, it confused us as well as every other person who shared the lift with us over the weekend. Frustrating to deal with when you are carrying heavy gear. Needs an upgrade.

Being self contained was helpful as I was visiting relatives at the RAH and needed my own space and somewhere to work. Nice views from upper levels.
The first room smelled of cigarette smoke but was clean and well furnished. I was moved to a lower standard of room but no cigarette smell. Some apartments have permanent tenants who seem to smoke. Minimal extras - eg no additional pillows and blankets. The poor night staffer was on their own so cannot provide any assistance.
