Breakfast was decent. Employees were pleasant. Front desk employees were A+

When someone stays five days, you should clean the room every 2 days. It was a beach trip for us and by day 2 we felt like we were living in a dirty apartment.

Breckfast very good and huge variety

Great staff team working hard and multitasking. Amazing breakfast and smiling kitchen staff. Pool was great for us to enjoy almost to ourselves and same with the gym. Great central location and cleanliness.

Bed was way too soft in our room, so much that we were caving in towards the middle. Unusual for a newer hotel. Hopefully an issue with just this room/bed. In description of hotel, we understood that bikes were available at no charge but off-site. It was all true but there is a charge. I would encourage the hotel to change the wording to be make it more clear.

The breakfast was delicious and my spouse and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the area with plenty to do with restaurants near the hotel. My wife loves to shop so we visited the outlet mall a short distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional.Will definitely stay there again.

Do too a Christmas parade parking at the hotel was restricted when we first arrived but that changed after a few hours. But it was worth the issue for a parade. Not that big a problem with how nice the area was.

Comfort, location, and cleanliness. Not to mention the hotels decor was impeccable. The elevator was fast we hardly ever had to share and the hotel was very quiet. It almost seemed like we were the only ones there!

The breakfast options had pork and my family and I don’t eat pork! And why is there no microwave in the rooms? I think for the value to be better that should be included in the room. There was an odd sewage smell outside near pool area it was odd.

The property was extremely clean, and the staff was supper responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this location.

It’s not the fault of the facility, because they did not advertise, or promise this feature, but a microwave would have made it even greater. I think hotels are purposely getting away from microwave offerings. The unit did have a refrigerator; it did not cool to our satisfaction, so we reported it, they checked it and changed it out, very timely, very professional, and excellent courteous service. I was very pleased and surprised of the fast response.

The breakfast was a great added plus! Wide variety of food! The fridge was not working and I had insulin to keep cold they replaced the fridge immediately and they offered to put the insulin in the fridge in their kitchen for me. The cleaning staff was very nice! The pool was clean & a great temperature!

Maybe the front desk attendants be more knowledgeable about the beaches and restaurants in Destin or surrounding areas. I FB locals asking where they recommend.

The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, professional and accommodating . The facilities were very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I remember having. The AC worked great. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower were a nice touch. We enjoyed our week and highly recommend it.

We would have liked an awning in the front of the hotel so that if it's raining when we load/unload our luggage, we won't get wet.

The hotel was quiet and clean. More adults than children which was nice if you are going away with adults or your spouse. Very clean and saw no bug activity (which is hard to find in florida). This is definitely the hotel we will continue to book with when going down to that area! Good location between 30A and destin

The breakfast- just wasn't what I was used to going to hotels, but my boyfriend enjoyed some of it. I also like to go out and try new places around the vacation spot.

Our household LOVES Hyatt hotels, so when my husband had a job training event lined up, we knew that we were definitely going to be looking for a local Hyatt to stay in for a couple of days. The hotel staff is definitely what makes it stand out - from front desk employees to kitchen and cleaning staff - everyone was friendly, warm and approachable! The hotel is nice and clean, has a spacious lobby with ample seating. There are two elevators and, in the three days that we stayed here, there was never a time that we had to wait for an elevator for longer than 1 minute. The free breakfast was delicious, offers many options, coffee is very good! I only wish there were pastries available as well, but there's Black Bear bakery right there in the building of the hotel (entrance is separate and is accessible from the street only). The area is super walkable, while my husband was at the work event, I never felt a need to drive anywhere - my toddler and I walked down to the Grand Boulevard Plaza every day where there are tons of shops, cafes, a park and a Publix. There's also a pool, which was super nice to have and we totally made use of it!

We absolutely LOVED our stay, but there were a couple of things that could be improved: Mattresses are old and worn - feels like it's time for them to be replaced, my body was sore every morning after sleeping on this bed - too soft and uneven. The mattress on the couch is ugly and old. It says that the pool is heated, but it didn't feel like it.
