Overall property was fine but would have liked the opportunity to stay in a apartment type unit. Would not have mind paying a little more to get what I wanted

The scenery of the property was very nice and clean.
The bayside rooms are not up to date. There were only 2 plugs in the room which was next to the tv and the microwave. It was only 1 light in the whole room which was a spotlight facing the balcony. It’s not worth the price you’re paying.

nice heated pool & great access to the beach
Beds were not comfortable, only two bath towel for four people and no beach towels, hot tub was broken a few days and so were the elevators. We could also only access the bathroom through the bedroom which was very inconvenient. view was great!

The one bed room Lua room was breathtaking! So so clean and it felt like home. We were very comfortable. I loved the pool are and the cave water fall. Loved how it large the faculty was. I loved how everything was so close and how there were amenities available for free like the bikes and kayaks. We didn’t have enough time to do everything but we will be back!
I was expecting to be directly on the beach with a view of the water. I like to hear the waves as I sleep. There are multiple building on this property and I thought I was paying to stay at the closest building to the ocean. Well there was beautiful view of the water but not directly on the sand. I’m most sure if they have a actual property on the sand.

The only problem I had was my room was still in the process of being clean when we arrived at 4.. I was told that they would send me a text when it was ready. I went back to the front desk to see what was the hold up but while I was in line I got a text saying it was ready @ 5:00.. Got to my unit housekeeping was still cleaning after waiting a hour.. Had to wait until she finish sweeping and mopping the floor.. Another guy came up and took towels to dry the floor because we still couldn't go in the room until the floor was dry...

The grounds and the scenery are impeccable! I enjoy the bayfront view with a nice wooded area, it seemed very private and peaceful. There's a shuttle bus that runs you through each of the properties and also out to the beach if you're not staying at the beach. This is awesome because once you park your car you're not gonna want to move it. Conveniently located near Baytowne Wharf a very lively entertainment area. Great for shopping, music, and people-watching! Condo owners get to bring their dogs, I got to live vicariously through them. Lots of beautiful dogs!
The rooms are not very insulated, I could hear my neighbors quite clearly. Also, they allow smoking right outside the entrances, and that's very offputting in this day in age. There's also no easy way to get your belongings to and from your car. The parking lot situation is pretty stressful. I'd add ample time to unpack and ask for more precise directions on accessing the parking lots. There are no pool towels, you have to bring your own.
