It is a very good value for money if you book with half board. The bathroom is new and well equipped. The hotel is not central but you have a bus station 2 minutes away of walk. You can take the bus (most of the time 401) to Slussen Station and, from there, you can reach by foot Gamla Stan or take the metro to other attractions.

Maybe a wardrobe should be placed in the room. You only have 2 drawers where you can put your clothes.

I really enjoyed very much staying at this wonderful hotel;this is the best 4 Star Hotel I've stayed in Europe and I have stayed over a dozen hotels in regards to this;taking all things into consideration;all the staff were exceptional especially reception and restaurant staff;the food was very high quality and varied as well as access to high quality hot drinks in restaurant area from around 5am to 11pm every day;the room was very high grade and beds super comfy;nothing was too much bother and the staff went out of their way to ensure your stay was exceptional.The location is around 3 miles south east of the city centre however there is a regular bus service that will get you to the metro network and the journey from nearest bus stop to city centre takes approx 30 mins or so;thus very accessible and well served by the public network;the nearest bus stop from the hotel is less than a 5 min walk away.All in all;a wonderful stay at this marvellous hotel.I will be staying here for sure on future visits to Stockholm,Sweden.

Nothing not to like;everything was exceptional;I would rate this hotel as a very high standard 4 Star Hotel and considering it included Half Board with Afternoon Fika which is hot drink with pastry/sweet thus breakfast,fika and evening meal;this is exceptional value for money whereas comparatively city centre 4 to 5 Star Hotels on a breakfast only basis were around £300 to £ 500 more expensive for a 6 night stay from 25th April to 1st May.Thus I am very happy with everything.

One of the best hotels by far. Modern, vibrant, clean & great aesthetics. The lobby is beyond words. Looks more like a "michelin" restaurant/bar, rather than a hotel lobby. Breakfast was amazing & delicious. FIKA is a must. And dinner was very very good. All the staff were extremely kind/helpful and always smiling at you. The woman at the bar with the red hair, whose name I can't remember, was great and friendly all the time. Men & women at the reception made us feel like home. Staff at the restaurant area where always very friendly & polite. Rooms were great and always clean. The Swedish aesthetics is top notch. Great location as well. Would stay at the hotel 100% again and again!!@

A wardrobe/closet in the room would be useful, although the way it is decorated it works just fine

Our stay was amazing - kids and us loved breakfast buffet full of choices, delicious dinner course and fika with warm, made on site pâtisseries. Very welcoming and attentive staff, wide and spacious lobby with places to chill. Location is great. The bus that takes you to Slussen (401) is just 3min walk away, there's a nice playground for kids in the park 5min walk away. Right in front of hotel you can find a library, huge indoor cliff climbing space, cinema. 5min walk away there's ICA grocery store and a shopping center. I have to add that the building itself was beautiful and historic. Rooms were soundproof - we couldn't hear our neighbors and they didn't hear us, that's a great plus. We will definitely come back!

The only things that bothered us a bit - very dim lightning in room & the window does not open.

The hotel is located in a nice district, in a new building, with all new facilities, very friendly stuff, super relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Very happy to choose this hotel because I liked the room - it was super clean, new and fresh, large window, very comfortable mattress, special home like design of the room, everything was functioning well. I need to tell separately about food, we had dinner and breakfast- huge variety of different food for different taste and diet. I am on keto (no sugar, low carbs) & vegetarian- imagine, they got all of the necessary food for those cruel diets, I was able to eat full fledged meal. Also, they have huge variety of non-gluten and lactose free food and drinks. All the food was highest quality and served in a well designed and beautiful hall -restaurant. That was really enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. From the other options we weren’t able to use and taste were sauna and fika (local coffee), it was very pleasant that hotel included those as free of charge in our stay. So happy to taste those during my next stay with this hotel. Someone wrote that the hotel is distant from Center. I would say that it is nearer than was my expectations. You will need to use public transport, but it takes maximum 30 min to reach to the hotel from the center, and it is not so complicated as you can select from many bus options. And it is not expensive as the single ticket you buy is valid for 75 min, so you don’t have to buy any additional tickets. Besides, before going to Citi center you might also check museum island, we visited ABBA museum, which was not far from the hotel (1 bus stop and 1 stop with boat transport- both were taken with 1 ticket).

Hotel is in a sort of a trendy neighbourhood with shops and restaurabts nearby. The building is nicely renovated, with lots of space in the ground floor lobby / lounge / restaurant area. Breakfast was brilliant with lots to choose from. Dinners were also nice, mostly. Bar lady was friendly and pleasantly extravagant.

They had a vegetarian option for dinner each night which proved to be horrible every time we tried it, and you had to catch a kitchen guy to get it. We got two rooms for our big family - a deluxe and a budget room as that is what was available. The rooms turned out to be connected via a direct door, which was great. However, the budget room proved to really be “budget” - cold (no radiator, heating only through ventilation system), sink clogged (hotel staff didn’t take care of it after we reported it to reception). Rather complicated getting to main Stockholm tourist attractions by public transport.

Almost everything was perfect, only minor drawbacks I will mention in "Cons" section. Room very spacious and comfortable. Generally everything was "just enough", very Swedish. For example food selection - not the greatest, but everything of very high quality. Room equipment - modest, but again, very high quality. Helpful and very kind staff.

In family room, bathroom has a design flaw, probably due to some last minute changes - shower (walk-in type) is just opposite the sink, so after taking a shower whole room is in water. Also, due to constructions, currently getting to the hotel is a bit tricky. When this is over (in 2030...), there will be perfect connection to the center via metro, but now you need to walk quite far to the bus/tram stops.

The bottom half of the building was a wallpaper factory with a huge hall. This hall was kept*, now it is a huge, modern, and beautiful common area. There are many tables and seating places to rest, but the area is also used for breakfast and dinner. Coffee machines are free to use throughout the day. The room was comfy and spacious. The window could not be opened, but there was air conditioning. I liked the archive framed photos of the old factory on the room wall. The bearded gentleman at the reception was very kind, helpful, and welcoming to everyone. He also helped me extend my stay, which I've never done before. Although the hotel is far from the center, I really like the neighborhood. The beaches of a big lake are within walking distance, right next to them is a forest to hike, and Hammarbybacken, a kind of artificial hill, is also nearby. Bus 401 takes you to Slussen in no time. The bus stop is almost next to the hotel. Trams go to Gullmarsplan and beyond (e.g., Liljeholmen). There is a nice park in front of the hotel. Other factory buildings nearby now serve as restaurants (there are many), cinema, community center, or a big shopping mall. I visited Stockholm quite often years ago. However, this was my first time in this hotel. I'm sure I will choose this hotel next time as well. * according to Streetview footage, the hall was also rebuilt, keeping the original dimensions with a slightly different window arrangement

Everything was perfect. Hotel is very stylish, brand new, close to the public transport which reaches the city center easily in 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was open buffet with everything you need. Dinners included in price were always tasty and it adds the value that you do not need to search for restaurants outside. I used sauna as well, and even though it's small, I was the only person there for three days and really enjoyed it after long day of walking. Staff was always smiley and available for help. I LOVED the idea of "cleaning rooms only after asked" - this saves so much energy and unnecessary work for cleaning staff, wish this was more common in other hotels.

This modern and stylish hotel is located in the middle of Nacka. There is a cinema, library and restaurant in the Sickla shopping centre next door. The centre is a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel's own parking is 255 kronor and the nearby public glass cylindrical car park is free for three hours and then charges 20 kronor every half hour (200 kronor per day). But if you park on the back street of the square nearby, it's 10 kronor per hour from 8am to 6pm and free the rest of the time. It's very cheap, just a bit of a walk. (Code 8905), excellent breakfast with a variety of healthy foods, dinner was more Swedish style but healthy and tasty. The room was quiet and clean. There is an iron and hairdryer in the room. The mattress was comfortable.Gym was ok and we could do our daily exercises. Staff are polite and friendly. Vibes are great at nights , some birthday feasts👌 . There are some comfortable sofa to relax and work tables for work with free coffee and tea in the reception area. Dogs are allowed. We definitely will come back again.

- one big towel in the room while we were 2 persons - no daily cleaning , you should ask an inquiry - no telephone device at room , for calling the receptionist, you have to use your own mobile to call the hotel’s number. For us was ok but for a guest with an international number, is very costly. - breakfast is the same everyday no any other foods , and fruits are just orange and Mellon , good to provide some apples and bananas too. - below dry was not working if it’s getting warm , good to have yours.
