The room was quite compact, but clean and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee included. I didn't use the mini bar but it was well stocked. The breakfast was amazing. There was everything: fruits, cereals, yogurts, healthy powders such as ginger, wheatgrass and maca, juices and health shots, cooked breakfast, eggs, salads, pastries, cakes, lots of cheeses and meats, plus an omelette station. Could not ask for more.

Booking.com website says the hotel has a "swimming pool" and I selected swimming pool in the search filter. The website says there is an additional charge for the spa and wellness centre but doesn't mention the pool. The pool is actually tiny. 10 metres long with half indoors and half outdoors. When I looked no one was actually swimming as everyone sitting around the edge filling it up. I don't think this should be described as a swimming pool and it shouldn't be listed separately to the chargeable facility it is within. This is misleading and I was a bit disappointed. Even as a hotel guest, the spa/pool costs SEK295 / £22. So I went to the Olympic sized pools just down the bank, practically next door, and enjoyed the outdoor 50 metre lido for SEK90, plus free huge sauna.

Loved the clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Everything you need. Including iron, ironing board, hair dryer and TV. Breakfast great. Location great. Metro station and bus stops very near by.

The fact that on description of facilities on booking.com it was not made clear that the spa comes with a pool. And the spa (including pool) is extra cost. And that the cost is pricey. Instead it seemed to say the hotel comes with pool. I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a pool as part of facilities for guests. Description just needs to be clearer on booking.com Might've been better not to mention the pool in description. Or to indicate clearly it's extra. And what the current price is. Also, need to ensure more than 1 staff member available to check guests in at 3pm. It was busy

The location of the hotel was very good, transportation was very easy. The view from the room was quite nice. There was a rich breakfast menu, I should mention that it was very crowded on weekends. The staff was very attentive, I would especially like to thank Mimi from the welcome team for her care and attention.

The room was quite narrow, when you put an extra bed for the child, there is almost no space left. The equipment used in the room such as air conditioner, iron etc. were really old. The iron was not working. Although the air conditioner had a control unit, it was not functional.

First time staying at Clarion,  purely business stay with limited time to enjoy the city but the hotel gave me everything needed. Huge compliments to members of staff in front lines (reception, housekeeping, breakfast team,  event organization etc). Big Thanks to Mimmi, who makes the stay literally perfect. Small details to comment  - understanding there is huge flow of guests which naturally goes hand in hand with extreme use of hotel equipment. In my room I have the possibility of experiencing bathroom doors broken , loose shower bar, also the quality of towels was not the best. Small bits.....which for sure can be focused on and get the overall experiencing even better.  Have not tried car parking facilities. Breakfast room overcrowded and many times tables very close to each other. On other hand nice variety of food, both cold and warm, fruit, cakes atc. Yet again, congratulation to members of staff who are looking after this;-) Next-time in Stockholm, yes I would come and stay again.

Hotel is situated just few stops from Central Station, and city center which is perfect. Stop is right besides. Area is safe. Lot of shops and coffees around. When you load application for public transport, all is absolutely without any problems, just to scan QR and ride. Check in was fast, wifi too, room was nice, however small partial renovation of at least the furniture would be appropriate. Room and bathroom were clean, you can choose if you wish to clean each day or not, which is fine by such a big hotel. We had a view to Avicii Arena and motorway, soundproofing is quite fine, however you of course hear little from outside noice. Count with this fact, but the view is worth it. Breakfast was wonderfull! Rich and lot of space for sitting. Especially lady by entrance is gorgeous. She made our days! In common we were very satisfied. Hotel is big, spacious, restaurant and gym, next tu Tube and close to all city attractions. Wellnes is for fee, but hotel is announcing this fact sufficiently. By next visit, we will gladly return. Thank you!

We were upgraded to a luxurious room, and it was truly stunning! The furniture was exquisite, and the minibar was impressively stocked. The room itself was modern and stylish, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the sleek design and the fact that it was very clean. The provided amenities were also great. The breakfast spread was fantastic! There was a really wide selection of hot and cold items, catering to all sorts of tastes. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of juices available. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the outdoor pool – it was a perfect way to relax and unwind. An additional positive aspect was the amazing city view available from the top floor. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Really great location, close to subway and only a few stops from central station, so really easy to get around. Also loved the area around it - some great local shops and the fabulous Pelikan restaurant. Room was comfortable - would have preferred to have had control to make it cooler especially at night. Breakfast was really great and one of the best I've experienced - huge amount of choice and nice spacious area. The hotels biggest asset is Mimmi the greeter - what an absolute joy she is and brightened our days. Every hotel needs a Mimmi!!

Room was large, bed was comfy. Kettle and iron etc. Quiet room. Breakfast is gigantic ! Amazing really. Location is next to a tube (metro) which is very easy to use. Tip: just tap your credit card when you enter and you get charged for a 45 min journey including the bus if you need. Doesn't cost much. Staff were beautiful and friendly and very excellent!

A bit misleading as we assumed we could use the pool there, but it's a separate spa facility, even though this is their headline photo. Fair enough, but it seemed a little pricey just to use the pool. Should be included for guests. Again, not a problem and I probably should have read the small print.

Well, there is one lady in particular who goes out of her way every day to make guests feel welcome, especially at the breakfast entrance. It’s not so common to get such friendly service in Stockholm. This Clarion is also always so cozy during Christmastime, with beautiful decorations and a specially commissioned gingerbread Clarion Hotel that my son always loves to see. As with every Clarion, the breakfast is exemplary. And I really appreciate how dog-friendly Clarion is. And they have baths for children (and tired parents). Clarion manage to make things feel both special and simultaneously very much at home every time!

There is basically only a single thing that stops Clarion from being an absolutely perfect hotel, in my eyes… the pillows! I’ve said it before, but I’m not such a fan of the very odd pillows that Clarion uses, which are a combination of pairs of too large and bizarrely too-small bed pillows. This is a really puzzling choice as it’s quite non-standard among hotels (for a good reason). I’m a loyal patron of Clarion hotels, but I’ve often found that the pillows, alone, are enough to disturb my sleep—especially problematic at the airport terminal hotel. Please reconsider this in the future!

Breakfast selection was really great from milks to breads etc. Really lovely. staff was polite and friendly and couldn’t fault the location - super convenient. The hotel was very clean and pristine. Lovely shower gel products from Rituals.

The room temperature couldn’t be changed, as we travelled in winter the room got very warm at times. Breakfast was slightly busy on the weekends, but that is expected and they have a good booking system. We opted for the compact room as we didn’t mind but this wouldn’t be suitable for older couples as one would have to climb over the other to go to the loo. Would come again still!
