The last 3 days of year of 2022 will never be forgotten as our days made memorable by the magical place and the family who is managing Moosi yard. We were impatient to experience the place from the day we reserved the place well over a month. It didn’t’ take much time to realize the place was a real fairytale with such wonderful family and the team assisting. Uncle Khao was always willing to spend his time on us to give valuable information. The hospitality of his wife and 2 sons were also amazing. Communication was perfect throughout. Always we were offered something extra that we never expected. We were treated as part of their family. The food was very delicious. They were super flexible with preparing meals early in the morning as we wanted to leave out of the premises early for nature watching. The set up in the property itself is amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax. The room is cozy and charming atmosphere with lovely private balcony. It’s a birders paradise. Over 45 birds have been stopped just standing in front of the room. Khao Yai National park is just 5 km away from the Hotel. We visited the next-door Buddhist temple and it was a such a great experience watching the Buddhist rituals. Walking distance to the local market which was also a great experience. The stay of 3 days was over like 3 hours. We were almost in tears when we were leaving the place and the kind hospitable people there. Its not a Hotel but another home. The home converted to a real homely feeling by the by uncle Khao and his family and the staff. Such a pleasant and kind-hearted people. Highly recommend to anyone who loves nature and family atmosphere. And desperately want us to visit this lovely family soon again.

If you ever plan to travel to Khao Yai, make sure you visit this beautiful and friendly family who run Moosiyard together! Apart from the fact that the rooms are perfect, clean, spacious and comfortable, there is also an incredibly nice atmosphere in this little piece of paradise. Let me start off with the flexibility and kindness of the owners. In our case, we had the most contact with the oldest son. It was very easy to arrange things with him via WhatsApp, he was always helpful and friendly. The most beautiful thing about our entire stay and what will always stay with us is the fact that he has an incredibly great interest in other cultures and is curious about how things work in other places. If you have the time, have a chat with him! We have rarely encountered such an interested and sincere personality in our lives before. In addition, the rooms were more than good, always clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is in a separate open space overlooking the garden and nearby river. Everything is made by themselves. And if they don’t have it themselves, they will be happy to drive up and down to get it for you. I could write for hours about this stay but we think it’s time for you to experience it yourself. Moosiyard, if you’re reading this! Thanks again for all the warmth and great moments.

Best place ever to stay during travelling in Asia, or the rest of the world 🙂 What a nice, friendly and helpfull family! They did everything to make us feel welcome. They offered us drinks and snacks when we arrived or got back from the national park. It's a beautifull, well kept place that has nice rooms and a beautifull garden along the river. Lots of birds (Hornbills!) in the garden. Very good breakfast, if you want to leave early, they put it in boxes to take with you. After one day I already wanted to stay and never leave 😉 The host can provide all the information you need. Thanks for a wonderfull stay!

Room for family room, and it turned out we had the whole house for ourselves! 4 bathrooms! Awsome! Owner father and son are so warm and welcoming. We arrived late at night and they quickly lead us to our house, given warm tea (cold at night!) and told us to rest first. Breakfast was so so good, my kids loved it too! It always our Highlight of the day. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for accomodation at khao yai to come here stay! You will NOT be disappointed. :)

We had a fantastic stay. The room was big, clean and comfortable with everything we needed included. The outside seating area overlooked the beautiful garden. The host was wonderful, arranging lunch, laundry, a tour of the national park and even lifts to restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was lovely - it’s a shame there was too much food for us to finish. The whole stay was excellent value.

The location is a little remote to do things independently but our host made sure that didn’t matter. And there are little shops selling drinks and snacks a two minute walk away.

The place is tucked away in a quiet corner. It’s peaceful, green and one can hear birdsong through the day. It’s just 10 minutes (7 kms) away from the Khao Yai National Park main gate. The garden is huge with a variety of plants and flowers. A small rivulet flows along the edge of the property. The check in was smooth. The family is friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and well ventilated. The AC and kettle worked well. The breakfast was good and we were greeted by the owner of the property. I would definitely return and stay longer.

The Hometel is closely located to Khao Yai national park and is surrounded by a wonderfull garden full of wildlife. The accommodation was spacious and clean. But the best of our stay was the welcoming family. When arriving you immediately feel at home by their kindness and smiles. During our stay they kept suprising us with caring attention en local dishes, fruit and treats. They offered good information about tours for Khao Yai and places to eat. They will offer you a free ride if want to go to a restaurant or supermarket. The breakfast was plentifull and delicious. Our stay was perfect and will be a memory to cherish for life.

Fantastic stay at Moosiyard! Highly recommend. The hosts are ultra kind and helpful and provide a service with attention to details that is rarely seen even in 5 star resorts. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. We saw a family of really cute white squirrels playing around the trees and we were treated to a hornbill flying around the garden. The breakfast is great and will definitely fill you up. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and a pharmacy all within 5 minutes driving distance. There's also a mom/pops convenience store a couple minutes walking distance for quick snacks/drinks. And of course, the entrance to the Khao Yai park is pretty much just around the corner. All in all a fantastic value for the cost.

Absolutely nothing

Tranquility of the garden. Saw lots of wildlife including lots of great hornbills early morning and in the evening. Tipp and his family were so accommodating and drove us to local restaurants in the evening. They made my son’s 11th birthday special my making his favourite mango sticky rice. The breakfasts were plentiful and sitting in the veranda every morning was lovely. The tour into khao yai national park will pick you up from the house.

Coming independently from oak chong without transport it is 25 mins in the car. Having contacted Tipp he arranged a reasonably priced taxi

Wonderful house to stay in. Exceptionally clean throughout. Stunning gardens. Beautiful family who own the place. Did I mention stunning gardens??? Worth saying it again. Oh and the breakfasts!! They were happy to do special vegetarian for three of our party of four. I have travelled a great deal recently (level 3 Genius here on booking.com) and stayed in many very good places. This is without doubt the best, friendliest and most beautiful place I’ve been.

If i was slightly picky I would say that the option of a double bed rather than two single beds would be better.
