The manager was cute and very helpful when didn't get in till late but she was there making sure our check-in was worry and hassle free!!! 5 star service

The only little knot about our stay was they ran out of syrup but it was busy and I completely understood..... staff was friendly and very accommodating

Location was great front desk was super helpful answered all my questions and concerns.

The indoor pool was very small and VERY HOT no controlled temperature or windows or ventilation made it uncomfortable to sit and watch my kids in the pool.

It was very convenient to the hospital where my mother was getting chemo and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They went out of their way to help us and make sure we were comfortable with my mother.

Was told pool was heated- it 100% was not. I would have not mentioned to young kids if I was told correct information. So that disappointment was fun to deal with.

Loved the location of the property! It was very nice and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! Couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of us! We will definitely be back next year!!

The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

It smelled like weed on the entire second floor all evening and into the next morning. We could smell it in our room coming from under the door.

Hotel location was easy to get to. Staff was super friendly and professional! Breakfast was good( plenty of options to choose from). Room was clean and decent size.

Room didn’t have a closet or a place to hang clothes. The restroom in the room was located in a bad area (no privacy). Some lights didn’t work. Outside noise wasn’t too bad.

Breakfast was a joke we got up early expecting to go down and get breakfast that you see people posting pictures like scrambled eggs and sausage and bacon we get down there and they have a to go burrito probably from the dollar store and then a little mini bag of eggo waffles that you have to heat up yourself and then some kolache looking thing and then the bagels and the toes were hard as hell like they just didn't put any forth effort into their breakfast it was just so disappointing

i like the decor and that there is a separation in the rooms between bed area and desk/couch area

I didn’t like the construction around the property but I understand that’s temporary. The smell of the pool was VERY strong and nauseating when in the first floor hallway. we were at the end of the hallway (102) so the smell seemed to fade a bit. The breakfast was okay but eggs and sausage were gross looking.

The stay here is always pleasant. The staff and friendly and very welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean. This will always be my go to hotel when I’m in town.
