Felt luxuries, staff was amazing, great rooftop with nice pool. From the airport catch the L99 bus (cash only) $2.55 euros and it leaves you 7 minutes walking straight to the hotel . Going to Barcelona is easy just get on the train, 5 minute straight walk. Mercadona is on the way and there is little restaurants to eat and shops. Don't need a cab! Hotel felt clean and high end. Breakfast was delicious with many options. HIGHLY recommend

Location to the city centre was a bit of a hustle i usually prefer stepping out of the hotel in the city center straight up. But thank God train is super close to the hotel

Excellent beds and amazing pillows, great water pressure in the shower. Rooftop lounge and pool were outstanding. Had a lovely stay, can definitely recommend.

Had some trouble setting the airco to the right temperature, but staff were able to give us another room, so great stay altogether.

The hotel was beautiful. Room was spacious and clean. All the amenities, including the pool deck, were beautiful. I was able to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and thought everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Fantastic location near the airport! Beautiful view from room on high floor of Barcelona! Rooftop pool with exceptional view in all 4 directions. Large,spotless room with excellent shower- strong hot water pressure. Breakfast was not included in price but was very delicious and not very expensive. Price was fantastic for 4 night stay- lowest in Barcelona! Nearby Metro was easy to walk to with direct connection to Barcelona city center, Las Ramblas, port where our cruise left from...you will not be disappointed!

The hotel is a short drive away from the airport. A large Van taxi would cost around 25 euros from the airport. The room is clean. The furniture is new and stylish. The breakfast was good. There is a nice park and a small shopping centre with restaurants nearb. The essential amenities in the room are new and functional. The bed was comfortable.

Although it's a hotel close to the airport, they dont offer a shuttle to or from the airport. I even asked through an email to book a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and they replied that they dont offer this service. I asked for a baby cot multiple times before check-in and at check-in. However, there wasn't one prepared in the room. Then I had to call a few times to ask for the baby cot, and it took them a long time to get it. The staff are nice, though the service was slow. Even at breakfast, the staff were welcoming. However, they are apparently overwhelmed, so if you ask for something, be ready to wait for a long time or to be ignored altogether. The room is nice but it's small.

Overall, the Four Seasons by Sheraton in Barcelona remains a very good hotel. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and everything works perfectly — it's comfortable, quiet, and exactly what you expect from this level of accommodation. However, the restaurant experience has noticeably declined. Dishes arrived cold, most likely because both starters and mains are prepared at the same time and left waiting. The special club sandwich, once a highlight, was disappointing: barely toasted bread and a cold filling. At the bar, the glass of cava we ordered was completely flat — clearly the end of the bottle. We had to ask for a replacement, which was handled, but this shouldn't happen. Cava, especially, needs to retain its bubbles — it's basic service. Still, for the hotel itself, everything else was great — just be aware that the dining experience may not match the standard of the rooms.

I was originally on a different room but was beside a very noisy family and you could hear their screams and banging on walls. Reception was kind enough to provide me a different room and I could tell I was the first person to use it. Everything was new and clean. The bed was lovely and they are generous with pillows. Their pool upstairs is open til 8pm. Not shaded. Cannot comment on food as did not eat there. It is near a small mall and the vildecans outlet store. There is a beach 10min away by car.

The lifts werent working but the service elevator was. This made it always full when trying to Go down so more often than not, I always had to use the stairs.

The property was clean, close to the airport as we intended. The distance was 10 minutes away from Terminal 1 which was really good since we overslept by accident and missed the bus we intended to ride. The staff were also very friendly and easy to talk to. It is the first hotel since I have been using booking.com that actually does not announce the room number out loud, simply the floor number. This is highly appreciated for our safety and privacy.

It was a bit of a walk from the train station. Not too far but still quite a walk. Not so ideal for the disabled or elderly. If there was a shuttle service to and from the train station, maybe a golf cart would suffice, it would be perfect - might even add to the sales of the hotel

Great pool and lounge area, the staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and stylish, and the option for late check out was a life saver, since we had a late afternoon flight. We had a very relaxing stay. Overall, a wonderful place.

Considering the location, it would be great if there were an airport shuttle. In addition, it would be nice if there were food options at the rooftop bar. The gym should have disinfecting spray bottles. The location makes eating offsite a bit challenging, so it would be nice to see more options on the menu and not an $18 pp charge for what is essentially a continental breakfast.
