Very small but cozy and comfortable room. The bed is quite comfy, the room is quiet and has blackout blinds. The shower power is awesome as are the wonderful smelling AM and PM shower gels/shampoos. I love the iPad controlled features for everything from the blinds to mood lighting and music. The onsite restaurant is staffed with only happy/friendly servers who couldn’t be more helpful. The food was actually good, too!

It was marketed as “inside CDG airport” when in fact you have to walk shuttle to a Bus station outside of Terminal 3. It wasn’t a problem for us but from the time I got off the TGV and took the shuttle it was a 40 minute commute. It was the same amount of time in the morning to catch the flight in Terminal 2. I think this should be made clear to customers.

This is better than the similarly located Ibis and especially Ibis styles at CDG so when it's the same price or cheaper I always book it and it feels like a little treat. The rooms are clean, well designed, comfortable and even quite stylish, which is more than I ask of an airport hotel. The lobby/restaurant area is pleasant and the food is very decent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A 5-minute walk outside and a road to cross from the Terminal 3/Roissypole building and tram stop, not too bad but worth bearing in mind if you have tons of luggage. The ”quirky millenial” vibe of the hotel (I'm thinking of the chatty marketing copy on everything) is a bit overdone but it's fairly unobtrusive and doesn't go into full ”Reddit” territory.

After a stressful trip with many flight cancellations and delays, I had to overnight at CDG and I booked citizenM and it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. At checkin, I met Brian from Canada who was so kind, human and empathetic and his customer service skills went above and beyond, please recognize what a stellar employee he is. The rooms were amazing, with an iPad to change the mood, with lights and music. The beds were so comfy and they have blackout blinds and curtains so the room turned pitch black for sleeping. I really recommend this hotel and without any hesitation, I would go back.

CitizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle was great because you could reach it by taking the free airport tram and getting off at Terminal 3, then walking a short distance. It was easy to find the hotel thanks to clear signage. All hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I was a bit confused at first because guests check in themselves using kiosks rather than having staff do it, but I was able to proceed without much difficulty. I guess France is also trying to reduce labor costs this way. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly liked the sautéed mushrooms and fresh yogurt. Although the room was somewhat small, it had all the necessary amenities, making it very convenient for airport use. I thought it might offer better value compared to the nearby Hilton.

Very modern. Double electric blinds, awesome hallway carpets that are huge map renderings of the Champs Elysees and intersections, hip lighting, fabulous nest-like bed with huge pillows and crisp linens, bottomless fresh latte at the bar in the morning, great lavish breakfast, cool evening scene in a library feel, easy check in and out. ...and I heard no jet planes even though I was in the middle of an airport !

Long hair on a fresh towel (it happens) The bottom of the sink was discolored Lighting switches were a bit complicated to operate. Check in process kiosk not intuitive (but someone's there to help)

The modern rooms and amenities were very nice. Small but effective use of space makes the room feel bigger. Lots of charging ports. Mood lighting in shower is really cool.

The walk to CDG terminal 2 was a lot longer than I anticipated. Took us 30 minutes walking and using airport trains to just get to Air France check-in area. The walk to RER station was long and the RER train makes too many stops, so there's no quick trip into Paris city center.

The very stylish and modern decorations were pleasing to stay. The great location basically walking distance to the airport was super convenient and stress free as we had a early flight in the morning. It is very much self service in its base order food by the counter, pick up yourself the food, free water still and choices of two types of sparkling to feel a bottle or a glass that are available, including cutting how much bread you want as well. It was a novelty for us but enjoyed the surprises in the process. It is probably very much ideal to a younger generation or for those who don’t mind serving yourself, there is a sense of freedom on that. The staff were very kind . The room very stylish and you can choose the type of room and what kind of view, watch the planes or more quiet. The room light, sound and temperature all controles by an iPad that is available in the room was an interesting experience forme but we discovered most of it just in the morning. My mother enjoyed it but she felt that she is from a generation that would not be able to be comfortable as everything is controlled using the iPad.

Our room was very small but had all we needed for a one-night stay. Kind of like a modular pod but cool design. The lobby was great with lots of seating and a super nice staff that explained everything. Lots of good choices on the menu - we enjoyed dinner and good wine at a reasonable price. Short train ride right into the airport - right across the street from hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like were the bed pillows which were too high and kind of stiff. Built-in king bed was really comfortable and linens were excellent. It was a little annoying to pay for parking but it wasn’t that much as we just checked in and returned rental car.

Great modern hotel located short walk from shuttle, perfect for transit.

There is a walkway from the airport to the hotel- maybe only 300 metres that is unsupervised/lacks security. During the day this would be fine however at night arriving on a late flight with few people around it feels very unsafe- it is poorly lit and borders a bushy area. This is no fault of the hotel but we think there should be airport or some kind of security monitoring this area after dark, particularly for those travelling alone. We were accosted along the way by people wanting money, it was quite unnerving.

I loved the vibe and concept. The location was ideal for an early intl departure from CDG. Food was simple and great. Knowledgeable employees were always at hand to help out if you needed anything- login, directions, etc. Enjoyed visiting with like-minded travelers in the common area. Also liked the soap and lotion scents in my room. Loved the tech in the room (temp, sound, lighting, mood, etc.) Finally, I felt completely safe at citizenM. Long hallways on upper floors gave me a clear view of everything v. the traditional dark alcoves often found in conventional hotels.

There is nothing I didn’t like! Note to future travelers- It’s not citizenM’s fault, but my taxi from Gare de Lyon plugged in the address v. the name of the property. When the driver announced we were at my destination, I told him we should be an hour away, adjacent to CDG.
