The staff was VERY friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. The breakfast was consistently good every morning. The lounge area was very welcoming and provided a nice space for the other guests in my party to hang out between events. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The blackout curtains were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was comfortable and it was close to a great walking path along the water.

It didn't have a mini-fridge! We are traveling with our dog, using canned dog food and have been putting the unused half-can in fridges...had to improvise with the ice bucket. However, I also have eye drops which must stay cool and that was a little more difficult to deal with.

Breakfast was very good for a freebie at a hotel. It was a nice quiet environment at night.

The only annoying thing was the remote for the television didn't let you enter directly the channel number. Instead, the user had to go through a long list before they found what they wanted. Oh well, not that big of a deal really.

The bed was so comfortable and the room had HBO, which I like.

I would have liked a bathtub or a hot tub or whirlpool. I had severe pain and those are the things that make me feel better. I never read When I was booking that you had any of those so it's on me.

Breakfast was above average, with fresh cut fruit, oatmeal, and scones; in addition to the usual waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bagels, etc. Super clean room with very comfortable bed. Pet friendly, lots of dogs going in and out.

Fire alarm going off in the evening and going to the lobby half-dressed. Also, had hoped you had a hot tub. Heated pool was not very warm (but we did go later in the evening).

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean. Was quiet for sleeping.

Pool was a little on the cool side. Pillows are pretty flat. Recommend to bring your own if you don't like flat pillows.

The location was great for attending a concert at DECC. The room was very nice, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a nice selection. The next time we are coming to Duluth we will stay here again.

The entire stay was exceptional. The room was perfect for our needs, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was full of delicious choices, and the snack shop was a nice plus that was exactly what we needed for the late-night chat we encountered with the family that was unexpectedly at the same location.

The front desk employees were so very nice, the location was excellent. I was very happy with how clean it was.

I wish there would have been some kind of list of delivery food places or restaurants that where opened a little later, in the room. 0
